Hello, I'm from Catonsville, Maryland, USA, and I want to thank you for showing this. I made these last week for a brunch held at my sister's house for my Mom's 87th birthday. I doubled the recipe since more than 30 people were attending, and I also added cooked sausage to half of the egg and green onion mixture. I wanted to let you know that they came out beautifully, and everyone was raving about them and how much they❤️the crispiness of the dough. They all wanted to know how I made them, so I showed them your channel. Thanks again for all your hard work in teaching these fantastic recipes. Take care!

Wow, one of the best "how to cook" family recipes. I did exactly as you said by taking each step right along with you and the results were fabulous. THANK YOU VERY MUCH from a 72-year-old Grandpa who has made a new hit with his grandchildren. I hope I can pass it along for the next one hundred years in my own family.....wb

Im a retired chef. I learned to cook on my mothers knee. Your videos inspire me to want to cook again. You can't make this dish without love. You do it wonderfully. I'm 69 and originally from Pennsylvania in USA .... I am currently in Central America exploring the cuisine and writing my food memoirs. The simplicity of what you do gives others courage to try it out. I enjoyed hitting the Subscribe. Good luck to you.

Hi, I'm from Indonesia and I think it's fascinating how our ancestor can pass down recipes that is so similar even though we're in thousand miles apart! We have a very similar recipe here in Indo called Martabak Telur/Telor and it's basically the same thing, only we put the dough into oil and then deep fried the dough with egg+meat+spices filling. I'm curious in these baked version though, looks delicious!
