Hey everybody, welcome to Episode 7 of my LP of the Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Violet! We're doing a whole lot of exploring again today, as we check out the Polar Biome! So, bit of rough news -- I recorded 7 and 8 in the same session, but as you can probably tell towards the end, 7 had a bit of issues with the recording software, and those issues actually carried over into the recording of the footage for 8 -- I might have to do something weird to actually make a lot of the footage usable, but just as a fair warning now, Episode 8 might not be a usual kind of episode for this playthrough. I'm really sorry about that, and I have no idea what was causing my capture software to screw up as much as it has been the last few times I've recorded stuff, but as per usual, it's probably mostly down to my laptop not being a great thing to use to record gameplay videos and stuff, haha. I'll try to mess with some settings and stuff to hopefully make things a bit easier on my laptop for future recordings so this hopefully won't happen as much! Anyway, hope everyone's Sunday is going alright, and that those who celebrate Christmas Eve aren't too stressed getting everything in place for tomorrow! But the greatest present that you can give yourself this holiday season is to DRINK WATER

QOTD: Here in Finland, where I live, not only do we have the standard Christmas (mostly celebrated during Christmas Eve over here instead of Christmas Day) and New Year's celebrations, but also the Finnish Independence Day on December 6th.

Fun fact: the Beldum line does have "legendary catch rate". 3. The lowest in the game.

Indigo Disk Episode 7 comments: - The wildlife biologist in me is still really annoyed that a Pokemon with a tail is called the Chimp Pokemon. Chimps are apes, and apes do not have tails; that’s how you distinguish them from monkeys. - QOTD: Thanksgiving was dinner at our house again, but we had three days of Christmas celebration this year. The Saturday before Christmas Eve, my aunt and her kids came over for dinner, then on Sunday I went to church and spent some time with my dad, then went to my grandparents’ house for dinner like always (and opened our presents from them), and then on Christmas Day we opened the rest of our presents and invited everyone over for dinner at our house.
