Every ex I've had has come back after I moved on and didn't care anymore sometimes with a new girl. Even with this information letting go of hope and the future I want is so hard....but I know I have to.

@@murderah17 it depends on the person. They have to sense that you are truly content without them. For me about 6 months. They see you are open to new people and moving on and they start to regret their decision.

When you let go some times you don't want her back in your life because she's destroying your life especially if shes needy and shelfish

I let go after no contact of 34 days I still hurt and love her but I know I can't control the outcome that's life I had the best four years of my life with her but she is happy with her decision and I have to respect that stay strong brothers

She will still contact you, had it happen multiple times just don't chase. I am older I see it with women of all ages. They all come back it is up to you how to handle it when they do come back, be strong. I had one ex from HS, who broke my heart, contact me after almost 20 years, she actually went stalker mode after I kept turning her down and showed I am now a different man. Trust me they all come back.

@@nidzokrki well I have screwed it up and done it right. My opinion is don't talk until you are for sure the stronger one. If they text stay short and polite. Make sure she works because in reality that's what she wants, but do not be a jerk. Oh and be positive, let her see you smile, and happy.

After 3 week NC I contacted her and told her i was not into getting back together, she got mad and she was the one that broke up with me. Then i told her she has to change for me to accept her back and she was the one that broke up with me, also during the NC time I was able to sleep better. NC made me realize my life is full of happiness and drama free.

If I let her go, she is not coming back because I have moved on. No second chances. One strike and you are out. Same goes for us men, they don't owe us anything . We mess up and we should also be out.

Great video Kyle the blog was really well written too. Anyone watching or reading it take it in. During break ups we tend to think I'll pick out what i think is right or if i just keep contacting them they will fold. There's a slim chance you can reconcile but with every mistake you make theres less chance, less attraction and end up losing your self respect. I wish I would've started watching these videos at the beginning of my break/separation from my wife. Can you make a video explaining no contact while still married, kind of hard to do no contact or apply any of these principles while married with children?

Be there for you children they will be going through trails with the uncertainty of the situation. Then with the wife give her the space the breakup the separation she has asked for. It’s out of your control brother going through the same thing be strong. Plus find a positive support group.

Can you make a video on when your ex gets back with a long term toxic ex?

I've been in no contact now for 7 weeks. I walked away without any conflict or drama and straight into no contact. I've stayed there focusing on me. She hasn't reached out. I continue to struggle nearly every day but I've started to date again. Ironically an ex who I haven't heard from in 3 years contacted me out of nowhere yesterday, again I left her without drama and told her the door was open if she changed her mind, 3 years later and we have a date organised. Bro, my girl went to dads a month ago after an argument. Last week she decided that she wasn’t coming home because she needed to work on things for herself. She said we aren’t together right now but still wants to see me and talk to me as long as I take it slow etc etc. SHE LEFT ALL HER BELONGINGS AT THE HOUSE. All my female friends say that she wants to come back, that’s why she did that and that I need to give her time and space. Like she needs a reset. She has said she wanted to get back to who she was when we started dating. She wants to work on her independence. She was in a bad place mentally. So I’m doing no contact. She said she wanted to come by and grab a few things but nothing “definitive” and never came. Idk wtf

My ex broke up with me about 2 weeks ago. We were together for 4 months. It was basically my fault. We had an argument and then I had an injury afterwards from playing basketball. And it all just seemed to much for her at the time. I'm still recovering from the injury. About 4 days after the break up I begged and pleaded for her back and said I would change. Obviously that didn't work. She said she can't give her full self at this time. I'm on my 6th day of not reaching out and she hasn't even checked on me and it's a pretty serious injury. I'm doing what I can right now to get her off my mind. But I'm stuck at home due to my leg. I just really want her back.

Okay doesn’t always happen… I let go and now she’s married. 🤦🏻‍♂️But my life is great so doesn’t matter, live life gents 😂

The reason i had so much trouble when a relationship ended is because i know i can never go back when shes been with someone else......Never take someone back when it fails with the guy she thought was better than you .....Never, Imagine all the sexual things you did together and just know shes been doing that with the next guy the whole time you have been doing your pointless little no contact bullshit....just move on.

If she's close to 30 years old gents don't waste your time. She's beyond her prime years and is gonna be more of a burden than an asset. 👌

In my case the situation is I'm the one who never chases her I'm the one who breakup with her but she begged me and I take her back but this time she said she don't want to be with me she don't love me anymore and we have no future so by mistake I just become cry baby and try to hold her up in this process I annoyed her so much that she blocked me

Im in your same boat. Maybe write her an accountability letter acknowledging your growth. Dont use the letter to get back to her but Admit mistakes Show your growth Ask to see again and show how it would be different. Thats what i did Leave it at that

What’s going on brother!? Just question for you: got dumped by a girl after 3 months of dating. Before/ during/ after the breakup we both were chipper, respectful and she was kissing me& hugging me. She said she was very attracted to me and still likes me a lot ( during the breakup) We parted ways because she said she doesn’t think she was ready for a relationship, yet she wanted me to be exclusive with her weeks prior. I understand the idea of letting go. But really, what is letting go ? Is it just... going no contact and doing your thing, or find a way to not think about this specific person anymore ? Because from my understanding, going no contact and focus on yourself doesn't seem to be enough; you only seem to truly let go when that person doesn't invade your thoughts anymore. But if so, letting go doesn't really happen after many months, see even a year down the line. Did I get the concept wrong or... ?

If it is in level 9 OR 8 it wont be necessary. She Will want all of your time. If its still in the 6 and you had good Times in the past she ll come back stronger if you go no contact, its all about her emotions so if she was invested in you before you ll be alright
