Don't go no contact cz you want them to miss you. Do it cz you need to emotionally detach and find happiness within.

I've really been struggling lately, but your videos have been a big help. I miss her and it hurts, but I've stopped initiating contact and have been focusing on myself. Hitting the gym, talking to other women, etc. Thank you for making this content

I’m leveling up by going to the gym 6 days per week, in therapy, and also working on my spiritual life. Ex gf who has avoidant attachment broke up with me 4 months ago and has texted me very little over the past two months (several periods of NC since the breakup). A few weeks ago reached out cuz she needed something. I proposed to meet up, she said yes, then when I proposed a specific day, ignored that part of the text. Staying in NC for now but thinking she’s probably moved on

What if u took them for granted in the relationship and they always complained about they doing most the chasing but that wasn’t the cause of the break up it was a misunderstanding but the day of the break up i did freak out and blew up her phone and showed up to her house un invited. And broke up because of that but i also accepted the break up and walked away and haven’t reach out or done any type of contact
