Once trust is broken, it'll NEVER be the same bond again. Let go, even if it hurts. Reconnecting will only cause you anxiety and pain.

They know what they are doing. Its emotionally abusive when they are walking in and out of your life. They want to make you addicted and emotionlly consumed by the pain they cause. Thats how they control you. If anyone acts like this, you have to go no contact forever. If they come back, there has to be major consequences and price to pay or they will do it again.

I go to the gym everyday and hike 4 days.. No contact on both ends.. who knows if she will ever talk to me but she is spying on my ig stories. Gf of 11yrs and she has 2 kids..

My ex is doing this. She and I were intimate last week, only for her to tell me that same Friday that she was no longer interested.
