I'm a woman and I love your content because this applies to me. Five month relationship where everyday we are talking, seeing each other at least once a week (because he lived an hour away), with him doing more of the driving down to where I am, us touching and kissing (but no sex. I wanted to wait till marriage if possible), to now nothing and him even blocking me. He said he wasn't ready for a relationship after ALL that time and spending time together and saying he cared to him actually blocking me, how sad and devastating (in many ways). To be honest with you though, off topic, but you kinda look like him too lol. But anyway, this content of yours is gold for me because a couple weeks in, it still hurts. I still feel like if he had just met up with me one more time, he wouldn't have broken up? Or maybe he would I mean listening to other coaches, they tell me the dumper usually knows weeks if not days in advance that maybe the relationship wasn't going to stand in the future. All I want to say to him is that I HOPE (if he still wants that), is for him to FIND someone that he loves and cares about so much that he NEVER will let her go from his life. ...He still lives with his parents and is unfortunately a Papa's boy. I don't know what he wants. I feel like he wanted someone perfect or has hardly any flaws. He's dreaming. I don't have children from previous marriages. I stil look great for my age (39) while he (40) is overweight and having thyroid issues.. I just wish that this pain subsides in the future, and I get the strength to find someone else and finally my heart can let go.

What if I broke up with her and needed time alone to decide things then am trying to come back a month or so later after having gone to therapy and working on myself, and now they won’t let their heart open up again. I know no contact wouldn’t work but how do I show and give my value without taking attention way because I feel like at least some attention is needed to show that I’m here and able .. sorry if that didn’t make sense ..

If I can chime in: 1. It always takes two to have a working relationship unfortunately. 2.The fact that you broke up with her shows some arrogance on your part. Do you think you can just get her back whenever you want? People don't work like that. They have feelings and egos. Any self-respecting person should not jump in with someone who has a history of being unsure. 3.Talk to her about it. See what she says. That is your best bet.

@@SVAsianPhilippinesGo6858 I’m trying. Took her on a trip to Mexico this weekend to help her with some things. It’s different than before and I’m Re building trust and all but I’m having to learn to take it slow and trust that all is well. Very tough time for me, but I will follow my heart and try to give space and be there for her.

I can relate to that . I felt her detaching from me and I felt that energy so I broke it off. We now been texting but she never initiates but responds to my texts..she told me she doesn't want a relationship with anyone but I'm also cool with it..space and time and patience. What's meant to be is meant to be. Period

Nothing illustrates strength through inaction more than losing weight. There's a donut don't act to get it. Right? You don't *have* to have that fried chicken. Slim chickens is pretty good though but I digress. And it's like you are feeling sooooo hungry. Everything about you is saying to eat all the burgers from McDonald's. Billions and billions served? Nope. Just me. So it takes strength to find the good stuff that will benefit you and having the strength to tame the stuff that's not so good.
