For me, there was NO letting her back in. She still try's though, I'm just happier being single and doing what I want, without all that BS that comes with relationships. The truth is, typically, that an ex is an ex because you fucked it and unless you’re attracted to trash, low quality women, you may have lost a high value, classy woman. Exes don’t need to be burnt, that’s some closed minded mentality shit, average way to live.

No contact was perfect for me. When I lost my ex I was in a bad way,I drank, i mourned and then I picked myself up to focus on me. I went no contact and focussed on training, hustling to get more money and succeed. I started my own business and now 4yrs after I have met an amazing woman who I love with all my heart and she gives me the same. Exes are exes for a reason, you are just one step closer to meeting the right one. If they come back it’s not going to be the same because there will be too much bad history and too many emotions. I know it’s hard to say, but anyone who reads this don’t give up. There is a light at the end of the tunnel a d regardless of if your ex is at the end or not, you will pull through and be a better person

My ex of 3 years, 3 months ago not only broke up with me, but blocked me and my entire family across all platforms for no reason. Nothing I said or did warranted that. Me and her had some disagreements, but it really hit the bottom when I got depressed because I failed a course in grad school. When everything was school was going well she was happy, then I fail one course and she flipped. On a side note, I appealed my grade 2 weeks after the break up and it got approved and I passed the class, so I’m back on track as if I didn’t fail. Too bad she didn’t have 2 weeks of patience to stick around

@@norswil8763 there were other underlying issues, I wouldn’t say they were deep issues. Also, it was pharmacy school not a paper. However there were more details that I didn’t share you’re right. But overall even if I shared the whole story, you’d still be waiting for a legitimate reason for the break up. The last thing I’ll say is I’ve thankfully long moved on since leaving this comment and have been dating someone new for a few months

Everybody are sad and broken hearted (and many more things) when the relationship has just ended, and after a while, while they are working on themself, do and concentrate on things that they love most, after a while they get better and move on... but for me is totally the opposite... I think after a while you are ''forgetting'' the negative moments you had with her. Like mentally you have alreadly passed the most painful period. And now you are thinking about the good times you shared. You don't only lose your girl, you lost a friend too. Maybe you have moments when you are alone you feel the loneliness. That's when you're mind starts wondering off. It happens only when you are still too much attached. The more you remember her, the more it's gonna hurt badly. Two people are both holding a rubber band and stretching it. Who gets hurt when the rubber band breaks? The person holding on to it.

Two things: 1) Your brand is fantastic, I love the concept of Masculine Energy as a brand. 2) You have amazing eyes - just had to be said. I think you're gearing things more towards men, but your advice is solid for anyone. Interesting content, I really enjoyed it!

I crashed my bike twice and broke my foot twice after dumping her and getting back together. I succumbed to separation anxiety. She ultimately left me right when I started to feel well enough to get up and start making moves in life. Five and a half years.I cant wait to say hello again. The ex is just making sure you're not moving on/with somebody else/sudden improvement in your life because no woman ex wants to see a man with his shit together. They know if they leave it too long, you naturally begin to emotionally heal. They want to keep the wound raw. Happened to me several times; she touches base just to give her an ego boost. And you MUST assume there's someone else in the picture. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Don't buy this 'work on yourself' crap. Grieve first. Then only when you're ready, choose something that you've never done before but always wanted to; concentrating on the novelty will keep your mind distracted, plus you'll be in new circles. Never trust the PUAs.

Well long story short I ended the fling that we had it wasn’t going well for me and my mental health. Since then a lot of of things have change and have been going out with this new girl for almost a year weird 😂 she’s awesome and she’s direct to what she wants. It’s weird to find a girl who is like that so, everything is going ok we have our ups and downs but I give her space and time until she reaches out to me. It’s all about balance too much of a good thing is bad 🤷🏽‍♂️

If I get into a relationship, I would do the same thing. Let the woman feel free.

Masculine Energy honestly, my mistake before was the “illusion of action”. Then I’m now on my fifth read of coach Corey Wayne’s book and now I’m having women giving me their numbers without me asking for them. All because of my purpose as a man. They would ask how my day is, I would only tell them that I have been busy, all of a sudden, they just give me their number lol. Masculine energy is great.

okay im 17 but im going through a rough break up rn and it’s been about 15 days since then, we’ve been together for almost 2 years and ik we’re young but i genuinely did love her and i took her for granted, i am trying to work on myself by going to the gym and getting my permit so i can start driving alone soon all meanwhile im giving her space and time but the point is we never got to go out on our own and that is something wed wanted to do, i was planning to go and show or prove to her that im different, there’s also other stuff that plays into our breakup but i would just want another go at it and i told one of my friends who is a female too who said i should go prove it to her as well when the time is right meaning when im confident and when she’s ready as well but in another video you mention to not go and prove it to her because she still has to choose and in this video you said to not go begging for her which is where i messed up big time in the beginning of the breakup bc i got myself blocked.. so idk what to do and is there any hope for myself to keep fighting for this and waiting?..

Soooo.. You cant make great memories with someone accomplishing things.. Or it is rare. You have to just do it alone, which suuuucks. So, for example, I want a farm someday, even if just a hobby. I always wanted to find someone first, to help me, and experience those memories with me, but if a woman always leaves bc I have nothing, then she cant experience that! Also, if im so serious as to have one, what kind of time would I have left to find someone! Very frustrating. Otherwise, extremely helpful video as always.

Good shit tho man I’ve been going strong for a month and a half now. She’s been hitting me up, now that I’ve been doing me. Gave her a few words and left it at that and now she’s been texting my sisters-in-law trying to get answers lol I think I’m good off her and moving on lol
