Benmore Botanic Gardens is just a few miles up the road from me - but it's a cracking place to explore. Hopefully you saw the golden gate. Puck's Glen is literally across the road - but the car park is along a little towards Sandbank / Dumoon.

It reminds me of a story that an acquantice of mine once related to me. It might have been bullocks but he told me of one time, on what we call the "Sunshine Coast ", British Columbi-er, Cana-der. He said that he saw Joni Mitchell, sitting - naked as a jay-bird, onna nurse-log, in the midst of our temperate rain-forest, strumming her guitar. She actually does - or did have piece up that way.

Redwood Alley? Gorgeous place. There is a organization called the Scottish Redwood trust and they have there own website and all. "The Scottish Redwood Trust (SRT) aims to protect and promote redwoods in Scotland, working in collaboration with national agencies, community groups, landowners and redwood custodians." "The first giant redwood seeds to arrive from California to Europe were received and cultivated by Patrick Matthew, a Scottish landowner, in August 1853." California, a state in the USA, has some if not the oldest and tallest redwoods in the world, so it makes since the the first Scottish redwoods would come from California seeds. Yay for my home state. Well California is a state with multiple types of environments. We're a microcosm of the world. Anyway I do find the The Scottish Redwood Trust (SRT) interesting. What I find funny in the video is Erin saying in the begging of the video she came on a good day because it was empty but then rushing out out the end of the video because others came and one of her ex's might be there. Too funny🤣. Love the video and the gorgeous scenery and the end was funny too!

I have genuinely felt I needed to hide from an ex. I was once talking on the corner of a street to the lady owner of a house I stayed in for a couple of months after I left my ex. I left that house because my ex came round, caused a barney and broke windows and the door. Then a few months later I was talking to Sam and I saw a dark green Mercedes draw up at the street corner. The same model as my ex. My heart nearly stopped. Happily it wasn't the same car!!!

First-Off: Awesome Video Quality! :-) My (deaf) friends just “Read” (Watched) this Video and had mentioned that they also enjoy nature walks, as being deaf certainly allows them plenty of Peace & Quiet as they’re walking on the trail…Also, as soon as the Auto-Captions are added to your latest “Haud Yer Wheesht” Podcast Video, I’m gonna Copy & Paste the Video Transcript into an E-Mail to my friends…I’ve been hoping that the following two other Scottish KZreadrs I’ve watched (before discovering your KZread Channel) could possibly be guests in a future episode of “Haud Yer Wheesht” (1. “Kirstie Bryce” & 2. “Nicoleeo”)…And to your Embarrassing Moment in this Video, my friends say they encounter their fair share of Embarrassing, Awkward Moments whenever “Hearing” people start talking to them and my friends, unable to either Hear or Lipread or Speak, always end up Gesturing (Non-Verbally) that they can’t understand, either by pointing to one of their own ears with an index finger and/or then gesturing for them to put into writing whatever the “Hearing” person(s) are trying to tell them…My friends say that adding to the Awkwardness is that most of the time, the “Hearing” person(s) trying to speak to them will usually ignore all their (Non-Verbal) Gesturing and just continue trying (in vain) to speak to them until ultimately my friends end up waving the person(s) goodbye and then just walk on past them…My friends mention that while such encounters with “Hearing” people can be Awkward & Embarrassing, such situations can (and often do) prove to be quite a nuisance whenever the “Hearing” person trying (in vain) to speak to them happens to be an obnoxious, annoying, irritating man trying to “Hit On” (and/or Harass/Pester via “Unwanted Advances”) either of them…My friends appreciate how you insert words every so often during portions of the Video where the Auto-Captions would likely (and did, in fact) be ineffective (due to a heavy presence of background noise, etc.)…
