Aren’t cucumbers hard for the stomach when healing? I thought hard salads were not good. I’m puzzled

​@@NourZibdehMine came back POSITIVE for HPylori. What should I text. Dr suggest I do an endoscopy and colonoscopy together next. I this a good idea. GERD is making my life miserable..I now fear food 😢

How do you heal gastritis? Or know if you’re healed? Can’t you get another endoscopy to see how you are inside?

I got acid reflux when I was in the antibiotics can't sleep

Earlier I could not eat pickle, it caused acidity but once I got my poop sticky issue, now I can eat a lot of pickles without getting acidity.. Iam having IBS from last 10 years. Earlier it was diarrhoea predominant but now it turned into a sticky stool condition. Which is painfull
