This is the first of my 'How To...' videos in the #YOGANUARY series. As well as bring you flows and meditation tips I also want to look as some of the more beginner postures, break them down, talk about alignment and then move on to working through some of my favourite variations.
This is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Yoganuary is a 31-day yoga challenge that I am bringing you every day (VIDEOS TO BE UPLOADED AT 6AM) throughout January to not only help work on your movement and tone those bodies, but to hopefully teach you about lots of other aspects of yoga.     This answered the question I am always asking myself, which is: why do I always need to do a really big wiggle of my feet when transitioning from downward facing dog to plank! Thanks Cat. Such a common pose that we don't spend enough time truly working on improving.

    Thank you Cat! Really helpful tips for the downward dog. Apart from Yoga, do yo do other exercise? I couldn't notice how strong and graceful thighs you have :) Thank you anyway!!
