This was the fastest 20 minutes ever
I really appreciated that the one woman was doing more a beginner style. It made it easy for me to follow but also know what position I should be aiming for as I get more experienced.
I broke my ankle several weeks ago and this routine is perfect for getting back into exercise without putting any pressure on my injury
Every other “work out” ive tried i gave up half way through because of how intense it would feel but this made me feel the burn but also feel relaxed at the same time definitely using this again. Thank you.

I loved this! Not just for weight loss.. but I found it physically calming and healing. My joints felt better tooo 😄😄. Loved it 😍.

I enjoyed this a lot. Normally I have a hard time with following yoga videos, but this one was great. Just enough of a challenge, but not enough to be discouraging. I am definitely keeping up with this.

I haven't done yoga in years this works well for me! It looks easy but I did sweat a lot and felt better after 20 mins. Especially bcs my body has always been stiff from working in front of the computer all day!

Wow 😯 I do other work out and I always look at the time hoping it’s over but this is my first 20 min workout that I actually enjoy and feel such a short time. Love your voice when you joke around with your friends. It’s fun!

One of the best yoga routines, it relaxes you like yoga should but also gives you a good workout that actually shows results. Its not repetitive and super hard but flows effortlessly and doesn't get frustrating.

This actually works! I used to do it during the first lockdown along with workout.it really helps to relax your body, engages in core muscle strength and keeps your mind focused. Also, not very tedious and best to do when your not feeling it!
Nice exercises and I would say that the second last , leg and arm twister really pains🤗🤗 thanks for this burning pain

This is awesome and effective! I have no yoga experience but started for a few weeks with with the easy flow from sanela off this channel. .then I did this which was super difficult for me but I noticed a difference in my belly in one workout! Amazing I love it.
That was so good. And it's true, the 20 min went by super quick!

Yoga is supposed to be done in such a way that it helps both mind and body. At least that's how we do in india. Hence yoga classes are calm and silent. But western version of yoga is just for weight loss. Reducing an and get old practice into aerobics.
It's really works.i had a hip bone pain but now it's improving day by day😇

I couldn’t follow along cardio after months of hiatus from physical exercise. But this was relaxing. I feel grounded and more in touch with my body. What else does one need?
Holy mother, I've been doing this for 3 days now. And the first time it was hard. Second day, a lot easier but omfg third day was so tiring. Its probably because I had a larger meal and accidentally took a nap after 😅 hopefully tomorrow it'll be a little easier to do Update: 4th day was hard but 5th day was a lot easier hopefully it'll get easier and easier through a couple weeks until I'm ready to do harder things!! 6th day was pretty good 7th day, it suddenly hard to do the second last exercise but hopefully I'll get better soon

@@gauthami5490 I've lost 2 kgs but I was also on a 1000 calorie diet. It does help build some stamina and strength especially since I'm under lockdown and don't have any sort of physical activity besides the yoga routine. I'd recommend it to people who are very much out of shape who need some help getting back into the mindset to slowly work harder and exercise more.

I like it when exercise videos have “normal” inflexible members doing the poses, otherwise most yogis always seemed super fit & super flexible.
