    I'm here during 2020 quarantine with a LOT of bodily issues due to the stress. I didn't pass gas during this session like I really feel I need, but I sure did burp a lot. I could win a contest! Thanks for this; I do feel better.

    I’m always bloated and I have a competition soon, so I don’t want to find myself holding my gaz. I did this and it got it all out of me lmao and now I feel so light thank you so much! This really did help. I did this yesterday to test it and man, it was alot 😭

    Fantastic stuff - my stomach thankfully getting better but after a couple of recent bad days, this has really helped tremendously with bloating after meals 🍽 (particularly the second to last pose!!) Thank you very much!

    Nice and easy exercises.. How many times should we repeat one exercise and how many sets of these exercising should we do? Also, should the exercises be done on empty stomach or we can have water before the exercises? How much gap to be kept for eating after these exercises?

    We should wait until food is digested to do yoga - at least 2 hours. Better to sit in vajrasana for 10 minutes just after a meal, as long as it doesn't bother your knees.

    Im hopeless! 🥺🥺 I did try to tutorials rn. This one and from another youtuber but i wasnt able to fart. Maybe something's really wrong wit me. Or was it because the fan is focused on me while doing this?

    @@Rikki-lh2mw im back here after recieving the comment notif. i'm feeling better now, and i just wanna share it to everybody here who's suffering rn from being constipated and feeling bloated every day! I was there too n i couldnt sleep at night. so, what i did is i boiled oregano leaves ( i took like 10 leaves sometimes more sometimes less. Just your preference) drank it and that's what made me got rid of gas right away and my bowel movemnt is back to normal!! You guys can give it a try too!
