You might have heard it's all about fixing the size of your ab separation, however it is more about learning to use your core system efficiently and using the tension in your tissues and fascia to do so.     Thank you for this🙏🏽 Are you able to please show how to engage that band of muscle that runs beneath the target area for diastasis recti? How to feel when the various muscles are engaged?

    The very first movement was a roll onto your back... maybe this would be a good time to teach proper transitioning from the back to sitting up and vice versa?

    Great question! Yes as long as you get the breathing down and feel the connection with pelvic floor muscles and lower abdominals. Most important is thing is listening to your body💕
