Love your videos. They feel so much like an actual yoga class, because of the peaceful way you speak and guide us through. Most videos I have checked out, especially for post-baby yoga (and diastasis recti) are not relaxing and do not feel like a class where they are talking to me personally. So thank you for that! On the flip side, the workouts feel nicely stream-lined and get the job done, so it's the best of both worlds. I am recently getting back into a fitness routine after baby number two, which has been a whole different animal body-wise! I look forward to continuing with your videos, ESPECIALLY during the pandemic when self care at home is so important.

My recommendation is to work with a professional in person who can address your specific needs. I always recommend people roll to the side and use their arms to press up to seated. Same with laying down, roll to the side and support yourself as you lay down. From seated to standing may need a little more support and specific advice. I hope that helps, I wish I could help more!
