    I think yoga should be much more lined up with movement, I found it too speedy rather than relaxing. Thankyou

    Thanks for your free yoga videos. I love the fact that I can pick the length of workout based on the time have. I have not looked at all your offerings. Are there many videos catering to older women who are not super advanced? I am 60 and have done yoga about once a week for about 10 years. I supplement my in-person classes with your videos.     Hi Sarah, please could make a video or a short clip in which you make toes exercise? With your soles in foreground and you can try to: - toes and soles relaxed slightly flexed back - toes pointed - toes spreading - toes scrunching (making a toe fist) Best regards 😊
