Welcome to our peaceful yoga class for upper and lower body release; together we'll ease tension and promote flexibility in both the upper and lower body; a perfect way to start your day with a sense of peace and rejuvenation. Try this 20 minute yoga workout to release the tension in your upper and lower body.
During our time on the mat together, I'll remind you of the importance of tuning in to your body and moving with gentleness and understanding. If a pose doesn't quite feel right for you, don't hesitate to adjust it or even skip it entirely.
The goal here is to nurture a sense of spaciousness and comfort within yourself, rather than pushing yourself beyond your boundaries.
