I do one of your somatic yoga videos every morning for the last 5 months. It’s been life changing. I have fibromyalgia and normal yoga really hurts me. I have become much more flexible and a little stronger. I appreciate your videos. Thank you ❤
Thank you for sharing this with us. As you get stronger and more flexible you'll eventually be able to branch out to gentle beginner yoga and you'll be surprised what your body can do but for now stick to the Somatic ones they do actually progress. keep it up 👍💕

Your meditational words were meaningful as I am moving abroad and trying to release obstacles. When you mentioned welcoming solutions it was a bit of an “aha” moment. Stop dwelling on removing obstacles, and be open to receive an abundance of solutions. I have very little mobility. My range of motion limits have begun to scare me a bit. So I decided let's take a beginner yoga session.. I had to modify many of the movements because of my hips and knees limits. But I definitely broke a sweat. Thank you for the time
Thank you for sharing your experience. Modifying is the way to do it and you'll soon begin to notice that your mobility will increase and you'll feel more comfortable doing certain poses and one day you'll realise how far you got. You can do it!🫶

I found you while searching for Somatic yoga as I’m new to that yoga. This is the fourth practice of yours I’ve done now for the fourth day in a row. I cried so much due to the release of pain & pent up trauma. I’ve been practicing yoga (power Vinyasa, yin & hatha) for 20 years. I know the Universe always gives us what we need when we need it. I definitely needed this. And I can’t wait for tomorrow to do another one of your yin or somatic videos. Thank you so very much for taking your time for strangers. ✨💟 You are very much appreciated.
