This radio was usually used by Taxis in Spain. They commonly have a couple of channels programmed over the 150MHz. There is a commercial programmer but as I could not find one, I programmed the EEPROM using a cheap CH341 programmer. I followed this guide: www.pedrolo.com/index.php/cate....
