材料:2个鸡腿肉,1个洋葱,5瓣大蒜,2个小米椒,6个羊角豆,2片鱿鱼干,1把辣椒干
1)鸡腿肉去骨,再切成小块,加一勺酱油,一勺麻油,少许胡椒粉,一勺玉米淀粉,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)洋葱切成小块,大蒜切片,小米椒切成圈,羊角豆去头去尾再切小块,鱿鱼干剪成丝
3)热锅倒油,油热后放入鸡肉,用中火慢炸,炸至微焦,取出来沥干油份
4)准备一个砂锅,倒油,油热后放入鱿鱼丝翻炒,放入洋葱大蒜干辣椒一起爆香,放入鸡肉,加入一勺黑酱油,一勺白糖,100毫升清水,翻炒均匀,放入羊角豆翻炒,然后盖上盖子焖一分钟就可以出锅了

    The cuttle fish and dried chilli don't require soaking in water to soften them? Those elderly, children or with dentures will have problem eating, what do you think? Thanks for sharing.

    i believe most don't eat the dried chilli and that cuttlefish you can try to soak it beforehand but be careful when frying it because soaked cuttlefish will be repeal water and will not easily absorb the taste of the dish when set to simmer.
