Xuixo is a typical Catalan dessert created in the city of Girona, Spain. This pastry is cylindrical shaped and filled with crema catalana.
The pastry is deep fried and covered in cinnamon and/or crystallized sugar.
Cream for the Xuixos
This is what you will need to prepare the cream for the Xuixos: 65g of sugar 185g of milk 65g liquid cream 1 vanilla stick small slice of lemon peel small slice of orange peel 20g of cornstarch 2 egg yolks 30g of butter
Dough for the XuixosAnd this is what you need for the dough: 90ml of milk 250g of bread flour A dash of salt 10g of baker’s yeast 45g of sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 15g of butter Sugar Cinnamon

Señora yo soy catalana .y pienso en los que no entienden el catalan..no entre usted en un youtube castellano.busque un youtube catalan.. es usted la que no debe entrar...
Los chuchos catalanes .no se rebozan con canela.....
Esos xuxos no son catalanes.....para nada
