I did the same thing to my XT250 lens, in Australia a replacement is $380 from the factory. I cleaned out the broken glass and bought a piece of lexan for $5, cut a circle and glued it in. Holding up just fine atm. I will contact Tach to see how much to freight one to Oz. Cheers Sean

Time to get a headlight guard?

i almost did the same thing to my XT250's light, Thursday on a solo ride,. I stalled and slowly tipped over and rolled sideways into a cavity between two big rocks upside down with the bike half on top of me. 😅 i got lucky and only wound up with a scar on my headlight fairing, but it was only a couple inches from my headlight. should've taken a different line 😅

I didn’t even notice after I picked it up off the ground. Was a stupid low side wash out on a gravel road. I road some nice technical trails that day without issues & dumped it just riding carelessly. After my ride I was like “What? That stinks.” Ha ha ha

How's that headlight holding up so far?
