    I wanted to recommend a book… Before reading the book Breath by James Nestor, the new science of a lost art, I never would have done this. I thought of meditation, yoga, controlling your breathing and inner peace as something built on fantasy and not real. After reading the book I understood the fascinating science behind breathing and how it affects literally every aspect of our bodies and mind, so now I practice breath and mindfulness all the time.
