Chandra Bedhi Pranayama

Hello beautiful souls!
This practice is an amazingly calm and grounding practice. This is one of my favorite practices to incorporate into my full moon and new moon breath practices.
We will be utilizing the Vishnu mudra for this practice and we will be gently using the mudra to plug one side of our nostrils at a time.
We will be following the box count breath of 4 count inhale. 4 count hold. 4 count exhale. 4 count hold. Repeating this pattern. The inhales will be done with our left nostril and our exhales will happen through our right nostril.
