You deserved to go through, the way the Argentina players behaved during the game is just awful, should have had atleast 2 people sent off. Messi takes the ball with his hand for no reason during open play when it’s in the air, and paredes the little rat launches a ball straight towards the Netherlands bench where someone easily could have been hit and injured. Shameful national team. Feel bad for you, should have been Netherlands vs France in the final. But FIFA decided to give the world cup to Messi.

It was an incredible World Cup, one of the greatest ever, so many amazing moments. The way the Dutch took it extra time with this goal was brilliant to watch.

From a German point of view, in fact the greatest moment of 2022 WC. I‘d‘ve loved to see the Dutch win (with ourselves being out already 😬). Dutch unhappy (and unlucky) with the refereeing in that game, to say the least.

Why should Messi get a red card? He just got one yellow for complaining. That was his first yellow card. The people that don't know the IFAB rules, think that Messi should had a yellow card for his handsbal. But that was not a yellow card.

Imagine this happening not at 90+10 but at 120, when there is no time to react but to go to penalties. I am not sure what the outcome would have been. Maybe Argentina would have succumbed emotionally, though Dibu on penalties is an absolute behemoth.
