Thanks for sharing. It would be helpful for some discussion on the chain tensioner.

Great video! I rebuilt my warrior with a 366 kit, but never researched how to install a new timing chain so I kept the old one (obviously) with the big bore and new head. I now have insane valve noise, I’ve read that a new chain will eliminate most if not all valve noise. Did you notice quieter valves after replacing your chain? Thank you!

You're suppose to change your timing chain every 20-40 hours and replacing the timing chain is actually part of doing a top end rebuild. It can be very catastrophic if you don't, as it stretches over time it's not actually your valves that's making clatter its your timing chain slapping around because it's loose

If your timing chain snaps your piston could hit valves, you can destroy your crank and wreck your crank case halve,
Try using a real impact
Did you have trouble putting on the chain i bought a new one and its like short bout 2 maybe 3 links even if i try to pry it … but i bought it for a Yamaha wolverines 350 and the original one seems too loose even the tensioner wont tighten the chain all the way in
