I remember the first season on how horrific some of the singers were. I honestly would be afraid if I went on there they’d tell me to take a hike. True there are people my age( 24) who think they have achieved something just cause they have some degree and a minimum wage job. Woopdeedo We have this whole culture of "well done your normal". Like parents buying their kids a car because they passed history class. Most people pass school. It's normal.

Poor Sarah, she's clearly going through something. I can completely and 100% understand her point though- plenty of people have made it big with just so-so voices. She was totally onto something though: take a group of people that cannot sing, train them and mould them into 'stars.' I'd totally watch that.

I caught a few hands from my sister when I told her her voice was annoying me. But I mean, I gave her constructive criticism too, like how she could improve in a way that wasn't so grating. Then she got better, she has an adorable voice now.

I think Sarah was trying to be deep and meaningful but failed completely 😂

I mean you can teach them to appreciate their own efforts and interests even if they lack the talent so even though the bar is set really high in the world you can still have a healthy sense of self esteem.

Nah, it was all staged. You have to make it through a series of auditions before making it to this level so she and her mom know they're there for entertainment.

The judges were unnecessarily mean to those people. I get that they couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, but they didn't have to bully them. One day they won't have the money and security protecting them and they will have to answer for all of it.

I notice that the judges ask the bad singers if they are good singers and never ask the great ones if they could win American Idol. They must get the screening reports before the audition.

Dude asked if he can continue backstage. Lied about his property being toward the back, proceeded to go obtain it so he could easily dart back there or maybe sneak back and go to Hollywood, saw the bouncer, and turned around. And no comments i see point that out! That's the best part!
