I recently made a coffee corner across my desk. It's a work in progress and I'm still looking up on designs to make it better. I moved my coffee filters and coffee beans to inside a cabinet and kept the most used equipment on the counter.
Honestly, the Aeropress is easily the most versatile equipment. It's fairly easy to use and you could basically do all kinds of brewing methods.
The coffee I am using is Candy Cane by The Good Cup Coffee Co. This is a limited edition batch they released for Christmas and I am not sure if they still have them in stock.
