I've been busy for the past few weeks now. We've started or rather restarted a food delivery business with my wife and his brothers.
So my brother-in-law's business started when the pandemic peaked in 2020. Most of us in the Philippines have been stuck at home. And for those who could go outside, our food was minimal. We could no longer eat our favorite street food or visit our favorite restaurants. This was the time when a lot of Filipinos started online businesses. They sold plants, produce, and home-cooked meals.
Their business has been on and off for the past few years. They would operate for around 3 months, and then stop. They would find business partners and break up after a few weeks of operation. But they would still break even.
Lately, we've been having financial trouble and that's one of the reasons why I haven't been able to upload any videos lately. To try and offset that financial trouble, we've decided to restart my in-law's business, with my wife taking calls and taking orders and me taking on the role of social media manager.
We've had a rocky start but had relative success in the past few days. I hope to break even before the year ends.
Right now I am planning to introduce drinks to our meals. Milk Tea, Coffee, and juices as a package deal.
This video is about just one of the experiments I am working on. Nothing is final but I will definitely introduce drinks to our menu.
