I am so glad that you discovered this at your age! I mentor girls and I have been through things.... I've been kept from my goals and dreams because I was anyways told NO.... I was never allowed to explore who I am; meaning my purpose! My mother totally controlled my life and because I allowed it because I thought I'd go to HELL if I went against her wishes I'm now realizing at my age that I failed myself.... I wrote a letter to my younger self and I told my younger self to run away from home! I wish I would have! Although I believe that life adjusted itself for me and me the most beautiful child a mother could ever ask for.... All this after being told I couldn't have children! I say this because you need to follow your heart, your mind, your path, your life.... I'm in the same exact position as you except I'm turning 16. Over the last few months or so, I have been getting serious about my life and what I want for myself later on. I've been reading, watching, listening, observing, calculating, and noticing things I never did before. I've made a plan for what I want to do with myself from now up to the age of 25. I'm learning so much, but I still have so much more to take in. I just wish I had more people around my age that has that same mindset like you and me in my area. This has been a long journey, I started thinking entrepreneurially when I was 14. I read Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich dad poor dad, that book really was my introduction to this. And I was watching Bob Proctors' Seminar "You Were Born Rich" and he said to write down a goal and the date by which you want to achieve it. I wrote $20,000 by July. This is a good goal for me but it didn't make me uncomfortable, it didn't scare me. $50,000 would have been my goal but idk why I felt "that's too much" your video has really inspired me. Thank you. When I was 19, i lost my cousin who was 14 to cancer. She passed away while I was studying abroad in London that summer. She moved her quincenera date so that I could be apart of it before I left to London. I'm forever grateful and that losing someone so young may have traumatized me, but the fire it lit and the success I've experienced I owe to her. I have since helped hundreds of people in her name. It wasn't because I'm a good person, or that I found my own courage. It was all for my cousin. RIP Jenny and thank you for always being with me.

When we bottle things in, that tank of emotions eventually fills up and we need to find a way to empty it so that we can find a healthy reset, some balance. Do me a favor and drop down to one knee for a second, once your knee touches the floor, I need you to get right back up, because when life knocks us down (and it will knock all of us at some point) we get BACK UP!!! Part of life is putting in effort, there's no way around it. Sure some people are lucky and born into fortunate circumstances, but even then, we are likely to lose our place if we don't work to maintain it. Life.TAKES.EFFORT. Start there brotha. Great video and very inspiring. However, I do suggest to add more value. There's some pattern that all the KZreadrs do not talk about the REAL methods. I understood that after reading an eBook with more information than on YT. No one is talking on how to outrank competitors and have higher ranking listing, how to bring additional traffic outside of Airbnb, how to do proper SEO optimization etc...

@@stevekannan6076 Both LA and San Diego have highly regulated Airbnb markets. However it can be anywhere. The main key is to find a landlord who's willing to accept arbitrage. With some key points it's easier to convince them.

I understand you need the legal protection of an LLC but, from what I've seen, many Airbnb hosts start a corporate housing company LLC? Do I need a separate LLC to start listing? I'd ideally just like one LLC but just don't know the logistics/ legality of it.

@@lynntaylor2537 no you should not use the same LLC for a different function. LLCs and other corps are categorized for MANY reasons one of which is to help the irs know how to tax you and what tax benefits or liabilities apply to you.

This really motivated me, I always thought that being a West African Muslim women that the odds were against me but Allah is the most merciful and anything that’s for me will be. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name JULIE ANNE HOOVER and everything changed. In in the first quarter of this year i made $370k and counting.

However, systematic oppression exists whether or not it's the media's "agenda" and certain demographics face it more than others. In the US - Women, PoC, and non-Christian's/non-atheists' face oppression as well. It's terrible, but it isn't what my comment was about. I may have wrongly assumed that Inayah faces these things as a generalization, but as she spoke on them effecting her journey it is admirable that she was able to overcome them. We aren't any different, but that doesn't mean we don't face different challenges & experience in our lives.

I’m in this space right now where I’m a bit overwhelmed with a flow of information that completely debunks society’s go to college, get a good job and buy a home agenda. I’m working my my behind off and studying so much and soon I’m going to begin reading books on entrepreneurship and real-estate/air bnb renovating as I want to do the same things you’ve gotten into. This person is doing rental arbitrage, there is nothing admirable about it. It's exploiting a price error in Airbnb markets. Not only does this not produce any real value, it's probably a net negative to society because it jacks up housing prices.

The biggest mistake you can make is feel yourself superior compared to other ones. Not listening to somebody just because they don't meet your standard doesn't mean that they don't know something you don't know. Always listen..if you really have read "how to make friends and influence people" then you should know that this is one of the most important rules of the book

They help their husband, running a small store or online shop while doing house work. It goes the same to young women . And i barely seen any women who are just complaining and lazy. I think you should meet people more.

Respect. If I take a step back it was mainly the airbnb thing that blew up. You saw it and took the chance. People realized it and you are now teaching them. So this became your mainly income. Marketing is in point with KZread and your personality, background Story etc. so the income keeps raising. The problem I See now is that students who may take classes from you are Not the ones inventing it, they probably wont create such a high network like you did, because they‘re not the first. What I am trying to day is that next to dedication and hard work, luck is a big big factor. I always get ads like this is how I become a millionair etc etc come and I will teach you how. Your exact route wont automatically lead to success for your students. The only real thing you are able to give them is your mentality. But the millions wont be made by renting airbnbs

This is a great video! When you said your black, Hispanic and muslim I almost passed out because I feel I wouldn't fit for the same reasons, (I'm not Muslim but my bf is and he is introducing me to the religion) so looking at what the future me could look like it's very refreshing, you're definitely goals!
