The Kalita Wave has been around for quite some time and has paved way to some of the most the best flat-bottom brewers on the market today. It provides a little more extraction than the V60, making it quite an attractive device to have. Here's my Kalita Wave recipe if you're learning about the Kalita or are looking to try something new:
Dose: 15g
Grind size: filter (22-23 clicks on the Commandante)
Total brew time: 2:30 - 3:30
Bloom: 45 seconds
