Guil, sand the broken edge's flat and mount them to a board, hang the board on a wall, half round desplay shelves 👍

You are always a winner no matter what! It can´t be your fault that the faulty decieving crayons softened the beautiful wood just to make it break...

Sorry to see it broke on you but good job showing the real outcome. Too many people would be too disappointed in the outcome to show it. These things happen to us all, give it another shot someday. Hope you and the fam stay safe, take care.....

Wow! That was beautiful wood! But it's all good! I'm a woodworker with a scrollsaw. I don't have room for a lathe although I would love to have one! I've been scrolling for over 35 years and I couldn't begin to tell you about all my failures! Within the past year I got into compound cutting which is a real job because you try to cut something out of a block of wood on a scrollsaw. I decided to make a chess set with complicated figures which aren't your normal chess set. One side is complete which represents England and the other is in the making which represents France. Don't give up my brother! Keep on keeping on! I'm sure you're a talented individual capable of doing many fine things!

Good to see you back Guil and I pray you and your family are doing well. The project was shaping up to be something rather unique and I loved the grain of the wood you used. As they say you don't know until you try. I wonder if after you melted the crayons if you'd of used a clear resin to encapsulate the colors and turned the resin and sand and finish. Would that have added strength to the wood? Also, what kind of wood was that. I am awesome after watching your video and look forward to the next one. Stay safe and cheers from Tennessee.❤️🍻👍

Watching you try to melt the crayons and all turning to brown😅. Would it have been better to melt all of the individual colors in separate containers and make a pour? Just brainstorming here. I know that would probably take longer to do though

There's a bright side - you didn't make a funnel... But even if it had worked out, how would you have finished the wax bit? It will always be soft and easily scratched and I don't think resin will stick to it.
