Women do like nice guys but there is a catch, this is important dating advice for men! You can be a nice guy attractive, you just can't have nice guy syndrome. This is important when answering how to be more confident around girls.

If you have the looks and are above a 7-10, then being nice matters. But if you are sub5 you can't change a females mind as you are below her in terms of value and she will not respect you. Hence respect comes from looks and height, and if a guy has it then he is respected by the female.
