I'm not a black pill or red pill coach nor is this a red pill podcast. Instead I like to put out content that is relatable and supportive of men's mental health and encourages them to be better men. You can't discuss dating without some degree of mental health awareness or men's mental health motivation.
It is important to discuss male dating struggles and men's dating experiences and I like to be completely transparent on this channel, especially knowing that 80% of men are unattractive and wanting to help men on the journey to self improvement and their own self improvement journey which is essential for every man what this channel is as I provide mens dating advice and self improvement motivation on their self improvement journey / self improvement tips as this one of mens biggest dating struggles! Jeez. I did the gym fantasising stuff and looking back I know it contributed greatly to the worst self inflicted mindfuck I ever experienced. Good to know I'm not the only one that made that mistake. To everybody reading this : don't do it, it will get real bad.
I envy people who haven’t had this before. There’s hardly a worse feeling than oneitis, and nothing makes one quite so miserable.
God this is relatable. It brings out the worst in me when it goes wrong (inappropriate behaviour, inability to deal with rejection, and so on) and it is the only reason I have ever experienced depression in my life. I can control things to some extent now: don't desperately look for rejection, live by the "if she is interested, she'll text you" mantra, disengage at the first sign of a lack of interest, etc. But boy does it feel good when you fully engage and things go right? Actually, nothing compares. Maybe the one or two bouts of depression per year that this causes are worth it, for the one which works out?
I'm currently dealing with Oneitis now. It is so crippling and overwhelming where you can't do anything without thinking about the person. I am in no contact after the girl I was seeing is playing games. Please help me

It baffles me how is it possible to exist such an absurd amount of fucking shitheads like you that insist in spewing that mentality crap. You wanna know who has a anbudance mindset? SOMEONE THAT HAS AMBULANCE AT THEIR FUCKING DISPOSAL!!! Seriously, you tell a guy with little to no money in his pocket or a unattractive guy that doesn't get any type of woman that the problem is their mindset and chances are that they are going to want to hit you or worse. Your mindset is the result of your fucking experience, not the result of deciding to have an mindset.
