❤❤ adopt don’t shop people please… there are SO MANY beautiful animals in the shelters across the country that are constantly in jeopardy of being euthanized because there is simply too many stray and abandoned dogs. Please do what you can to help this epidemic… it’s much worse then you think. Bless you all

I've both bought and adopted animals. It's a never ending cycle though. If you don't buy a dog, there's a chance they'll end up at a shelter or just let loose any way. I got one of my dogs because whoever the breeder was couldn't sell all the puppies and dropped them off in a box in a field.

And we need to have people STOP BREEDING. There are so many dogs and cats now that it’s cruel to keep breeding. 😢

@@deee5520 Agree 💯😠 breeders keep poor animals in filthy rooms and poor cages and it is stressful,so yes we really need to stop that but unfortunately it can't be done without changing the laws

While I agree adopting is preferable, every shelter I've seen keeps dogs and cats in cages? Most of the time in a smaller space than the breeders I've seen. I purchased my malamute and the breeder had them loose in a barn he had specifically for breeding, and when I went to pick him up the pups were running around the yard. When I got my husky / Shepard mix, she had been kept in a cage at a shelter with a cement floor and maybe a 5x5 cage. Cats at shelters are kept in cages big enough for them to walk to their food bowl and litter box. Just saying, not every breeder is a puppy mill. There are differences.

Her dreaming is just adorable.

Rosie would be the perfect candidate to teach how to communicate via FluentPet buttons just to hear what she’s really thinking. 😂 Such gorgeous dogs! 💜

I believe that even if you can't technically understand each other, you can most definitely understand the feeling conveyed. I talked to my deaf kitty, Lucy, all the time, and know that she felt my love, and vice versa.

Why did you say that? I’m fostering a dog and her pups. She and her pups were going to be put down in Another state unless there was a foster to take her. She’s got some bad street habits and yet she’s so happy to have regular food, shelter, love. I swore I wouldn’t foster fail and then you come along talking about, “there’s no coincidences”. Ugh. 😊

It sounds like you're already thinking about her long term and there's nothing wrong with that. Good things come from foster fails, I know because I failed too and haven't looked back. My pet cat is named Rosie. I've had her for five years, got her as a rescue kitten. She loves to cuddle and bribe me into taking a nap, and she sleeps with my left arm along her back, and usually with her head on my arm, like it is her personal pillow. Your dogs have adorable personalities and one can tell they love their forever home. I used to have dogs--I traveled a lot so my wife got two poodles, a female first then a year later a male companion, and both lived more than 15 years. We adopted a male cat and when our remaining poodle went blind, our cat became his 'seeing eye' cat and would play with him, guide him outside, and cuddle with him. Pets bring us amazing moments of joy and laughter.
