Ditto! Thank goodness Granny fostered the dog because she understood her grandkid isn't a responsible caretaker. I'm sure the grandkid is well-meaning, but yeah, it doesn't excuse carelessness.

I love how the lady described him as a magic dog. That was a very positive rescue. Have a good life Hank, you're a handsome boy who's full of kisses. You deserve a forever home.

That grandma saved Hank from her daughter. Those poor other animals that are in her daughter’s care surely need rescuing as well. The fact that she’s letting them breed too is just another layer of icing on the cake!

@lisacraig4585. Agree, they also gets themselves in worse situations by not spaying or nuetering their dogs. All the shelters are beyond capacity and too many lovely animals are euthanized.

I'm so glad you got Hank and the lady genuinely wanted to help him. I pray her daughter gives a good home to all the pups. I hate that for those puppies.

Yea, her daughter needs to go spend time in a shelter & learn what happens when you don't spay/neuter or you indiscriminately keep adding dogs to your home that you can't care for. Thank God Lee got Hank, the house hippo!!! ❤❤❤

He just knew what a great person Less is. Like an instinct or "puppy smell" but better! Asher House smell! He knew it would be better for him! Immediately better! ❤❤❤❤❤

She was wonderful. Her daughter is overwhelming her and she's struggling to keep up. So many dogs and people are not adopting because they're losing their jobs and homes. Too many dogs being euthanized. Hank got 2 dogs pregnant. Not good and she cannot afford to spay or neuter.

Hopefully he'll get adopted. Beautiful dog. Once he's neutered he'll settle down. He's trainable and perfect for adoption. Someone whose owned that breed will snag him and be thrilled. He loved Lee but what dog doesn't love Lee?

Hank fell in LOVE with you immediately, Lee!! Seeing him sitting in the driver's seat like, "Let's get outta here!!" It's amazing how dogs can sense good people, and Lee, YOU'RE A WONDERFUL PERSON!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO FOR THESE BEAUTIFUL DOGS! 🐕 ❤️

He’s a big, happy, energetic loving boy looking for his forever home w like qualities. ❤ Thank you, Lee.

As others have said - Many thanks to the Grandmother for contacting Lee, and I’m hopeful the daughter lets Lee take the puppies as well. I understand why Lee always tries to stay neutral. He keeps his eye on the prize and what’s important, the turnover of the animal to The Asher House. Lecturing people directly on the requirements of responsible pet care may make a popular video and vent his feelings, but it backfires by alienating the current owner. Instead Lee leads through his restraint and by example, bravo!

I think Hank owns that pond. He was so happy running and swimming in the water. I look forward to seeing more of Hank!
