A Toyota Camry is a good car though. Toyota builds some of the most reliable vehicles in the world; which is an indicator that a man who owns one is most likely intelligent, appreciates quality, and values consistency. If the car is paid off and taken care of, it could depict a man who is resourceful, responsible and possibly financially secure; these are qualities of a true high value man. My husband is a soldier and an engineer now and when I met him, he drove a beat up Nissan on it's last leg. Today, he drives a Benz but he is the same kind, high quality man of God I met in the summer at my first job. A man's car does not determine his heart or his ability. Btw, my husband also owns a Toyota Camry now, and we love that car!!! 🤣❤️

I read the millionaire next door. Most of the millionaires they interviewed in the book were not driving a new BMW or Benz. They drove second hand vehicles, mainly American and Japanese models. Cars are a poor indicator of how much wealth an individual has. Just food for thought.

Before I got my Toyota CHR, I practically drove my Chevy Malibu into the ground. It would have driven longer had at the time I took better care of it. It drove for almost 12 years with no problems. Itwas a great car and cheaper to maintain than a more expensive ride.

Social media really has people in a chokehold. The problem is people are comparing themselves to celebrities and these influencers who may just be showing off for their followers. Some do have it like that, but a lot people aren’t living their true lives. The fact she judged this young man based off a vehicle is absurd. This is the same woman that years later will be complaining that she can’t find anyone. One thing about cars is that they depreciate the second you drive them off the lot. Not everyone wants to pour their money into superficial assets that keep you poor.

This superficial foolishness has gotten extremely out of hand. The last man I dated drove a Ford Fusion Hybrid when we met. I didn’t care at all. I liked him because of his integrity, self-respect, confidence, character, etc. Some time later whenever I finally visited his house for the first time, he had an Audi R8 parked in his garage. Don’t get me wrong, I loved riding in it lol. But even then I still didn’t care. I really liked him for him from the jump.

A Toyota Camry is very practical, I would find that very attractive, because it shows he doesn't show off wantonly, and at the same time, he is frugal, good with money, and is careful financially. That's family man material. 😢 And I say this as a 37 year old who has always felt this ways in my 20s. Image matters, but so does practicality. Character matters more, in fact. Being financially responsible, being safe, being cautious, being thoughtful, etc. These things matter a whole lot more than Image.

As a mechanic I would recommend a Toyota Camry because they are reliable, easy to work on, parts costs aren't outrageous, and they have a high resale value. The women who won't date you because you're practical aren't reliable, hard to work with, high maintenance, and all have high mileage with a lot of wear and tear and not worth investing your time and money to keep them even though they think that they're a Mercedes Benz. Facts!. I totaled my 2019 Camry in 2023. It had 36K miles on it. It was paid for. The insurance company gave me 29K for it. True story.

When I was in the States, I rode motorcycles - that is where I spent all of my money. My 'truck' was a 1984 field rescue Ford Ranger - THAT truck saved me tons of money and years of heart ache - girls that didn't like my Truck were an easy pass ....and they never got to see the motorcycles, the house, the trips, the lifestyle. I will always drive a shiate box truck. it is like the best shiate test

What's wrong with a Camry? My 2005 lasted until she gave up the ghost Fall 2019. Such good times with that car.

@cedricmiller4370 I worked in finance years ago, and the majority of people receiving loans for car repairs owned foreign cars. A majority of their accounts were overdrawn. My customers with the most money were always kind and drove basic cars. Lesson learned driving an expensive car and wearing expensive clothes does not mean you have money.

LMFAO..The Toyota Camry is the Lexus ES. They're both made by Toyota. In 2000 I worked in a roadside assistance call center and Toyota/Lexus were two of our many clients. One late night a call came in from someone who rented a Camry and they couldn't locate the gas button. So they figured that we could assist at roadside. So I had to get the manual to assist the caller. After that I thought that was an interesting call, never thought I would get that type of call in an emergency roadside center. So I took it upon myself to locate all the gas buttons on every car for each client. So since I started with the Camry (Toyota), I moved on to their next car which was Lexus. After looking at the manual pictures I noticed the interior of these cars were identical.. When I notified my other team members of my find, they didn't believe it. After assessing the manuals for themselves, they, like myself, were all floored. The only difference was the name and the cost of the vehicles. THE CAMRY IS THE LEXUS ES AND VICE VERSA.😅

I drive a sporty little 2021 Toyota Corolla hatchback. Best vehicle I've ever owned, and I stay on top of the maintenance. My mechanic told me I'll drive it into the ground. I just turned 66 a few days ago, a life long bachelor (not for lack of effort back in the day), so it is what it is. This western heathen practice of serial dating is a fool's errand. The women that see themselves as all this high quality get a life of sex heartbreak and children. The men end up with soul ties from too many partners, demons from lust and greed, and trying to always reach for the nostalgia of “being the man”

Me who has no clue what a Toyota Camry looked like and had to google but I know the company. I don't see an issue with the car. Toyota is a Japanese brand, if she knew anything, Japanese companies put their blood, sweat & tears in their products and have amazing cars. Luxury cars come with a higher price tag because they were created for a certain type of environment and those who can afford that maintenance, I am pretty sure she would have not pitched in on any work need for upkeep if he pulled up in a Benz, Maserati, Lambo, etc.
