✔️ Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
2 Tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
2 Mozzarella
Parsley
Mix the aubergine slices with the tomato slices at 180 ° C for 15-17 minutes
Then add the mozzarella and put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes or so.
