Ingrediants:
2 Eggplants
Olive oil 30 ml
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika 8g
Origan
Garlic powder
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes
Mozzarella about 150g
Return to the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes
Parsley
Serve piping hot

Buona ricetta che ho assaggiato in Libano quando ho visitato il paese dei Cedri 9 anni fa. Ma i libanesi mettono un pesto d’aglio, d’olio EV con altri aromi e poi usano un formaggio di latte di pecora che non troviamo in Norvegia ma che assomiglia molto il Manchego spagnolo. La loro gastronomia è troppo buona. Una delle migliori al mondo.
