The eggplant recipe that everyone is looking for! No meat but it's better than meat 😍
✔INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
Olive oil
salt and pepper
🔹
1 medium potato
salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
Dried oregano
Olive oil
🔹
Tomato purée about 60g
Mozzarella 200g
1 Half leek
Capers
Dried Tomatoes in Oil
parmesan
dried oregano
olive oil
1st Cooking : Bake the aubergines at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
2nd Cooking: Put everything back together in the oven at 180°C ( 450°F ) for about 20 minutes.

Лучше мяса бывает только мясо .А это что показано , мало , что не вкусно , так еще и вредно .Чего только не наложили туда .Баклажаны сами по себе продукт полезный .Но сдобренный всем этим таким уже не становится .
Looks delicious. FYI: By putting the oil into the bowl first, then adding the seasonings and spices, stirring them up then adding the food that I want to cover them with, whether veggies or meat, ensures that the oil, seasonings and spices are evenly distributed.

Quella che hai mangiato era sicuramente la parmigiana di melenzane. Non c'erano le patate ma il fiordilatte. Formaggio come la mozzarella e poi il parmigiano grattugiato 😊

I made this and it was amazing! Looked beautiful and my family loved it. Thank you! Your instructions were easy to follow. There is an error in the written recipe in conversion; 180c is 356f but it states 450f. Thank you again for this delicious recipe!

Я готовлю. Так Пеку баклажаны. Очищаю нарезаю мелко и на. Сковороду. Затем добавляю лук томаты Чеснок соль. И 25 мин тушу. Очень вкусно.
