Good day! Today I suggest you cook this easy and affordable veggie lasagna recipe with eggplant. I started cooking this recipe not long ago, but such a vegetable casserole was loved by everyone, without exception, who tried it. The recipe is very simple and straightforward, tasty and I guarantee you an excellent result.
Ingredients and preparation
1. Cut 2 eggplants into thin plates.
2. Pour water into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
3. Put the eggplants in for 10 minutes.
4. Brush a baking sheet with oil, spread the aubergines, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Italian herbs, drizzle with oil.
5. Place in oven at 200 ° C (400 ° F) for 20 minutes.
6. Slice 140 grams (5 ounces) of spinach.
7. Add 4 tablespoons of ricotta, clove of garlic, spices.
8. Put eggplant, spinach filling, tomatoes in the tin.
9. Cut 200 grams of mozzarella into slices and place on tomatoes, then eggplant, drizzle with neapolitano sauce.
10. Repeat all levels again.
11. Cover all with aubergines, brush with neapolitano sauce and vegetable oil.
12. Grate 30 grams of parmesan and sprinkle over the casserole.
13. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C (400 ° F) for 30 minutes.
14. Cool slightly and cut into slices.

Я согласна, может рецепт достойный, но зачем показывать до конца нарезку баклажан, помидор. Я лично больше не буду заходить на ваши ролики

Salt water soak is used to draw out excess moisture to make eggplant texture softer, flavorful and more palatable. Not soggy or slimy eggplant.
My favorite dish is eggplant parmesan. This looks very much like it. Yum. Can hardly wait to try it. Thanks 😊

Заманчиво, но рикотта, моцарелла, пармезан-очень дорогое удовольствие получается! Можно проще-отцеженный после заморозки кефир и сыр, какой есть в холодильнике! Ну и ооочень медленный ролик!

Eu coloco na água com o sal, tampo e coloco um peso em cima, porque elas são leves e não ficam submersas! Mas só uma observação! Amei a receita 🥰

This looks good. But I think I would personally make a few substitutions. Olive oil for one if you're going for a more Italian flavor of lasagna. Then some bread crumbs on the top layer to give you a bit of a crunch....like you would get from the edges of a traditional lasagna. And as a tip. Once you cut that first bit off the eggplant. Rotate it so it sits on that flat surface and then cut the rest. Less chance of it rolling and cutting yourself.

I made this dish,and it was amazing and does not need any breadcrumbs because the parmesan creates sort of crispy topping but you can do as you please to suit your preference.

I think I would salt eggplant then rinse. Next I would either in the oven or frypan, brown eggplant, then continue with rest of recipe. I think browning adds more flavor. This recipe looks beautiful and I'm certain it's delicious. Thx for the recipe.

Realmente debo felicitarte en primer lugar porque has hecho un video hagradable y que se entiende todo lo que explicas en lectura y a la vista. Estos videos me encantan porque no son ruidosos y también porque no hablan. Has puesto una música de fondo bajita que no interrumpe nada ni te distrae.... sigue haciendo videos así y también puedes usar sonidos de la naturaleza .... que son sanos y agradables pues estamos cansados de los sonidos violentos y agresivos de boliche de la ciudad .Y Si sos cristiana puedes poner himnos instrumentales también. Bueno hija Dios te bendiga. Shalom.
