@@hermishmer Well Evelina did have her child. So I guess the band itself is on a break while she takes care of her child. With her gone/on a break, I guess everyone just had things to do, so Martin decided to build the MMX. This is of course just my speculation though.

People who need vocals in their music to enjoy it are the most boring normies man. They don't even truly enjoy music. They use it as a form of socialization or self identifications. Like the old biker dudes who only listen to Metallica and ACDC etc. It's just a form of preserving their self image. Really annoys me.

I found this song while nursing my baby during his first days in this world. He is eight months old now and I still cry when I hear it. It's so heartfelt! Thank you for making this beautiful music!

Had someone told me a year ago, two years ago, that I would sit here and listen to this song as much as I do, and feeling the things I do, I would have called them crazy. For about 30 years that I can remember I have been listening to music dominated, defined by lyrics, despite being very much a more rhythmic person. Dominated by guitars in the same way, and steady rock/metal beats that plainly support with the little spice of some fill ins here and there. Very much in contrast to the variability in this piece alone. From the high pitches of the Glockenspiel to the zooming bass of the synths and bass drum, and everything in between... seeing the recordings of your live shows really makes me hope I can see this for real one day, your portfolio of songs, instruments and the way you play them is so far detached from what I ever have seen... and so close to what I always have dreamt of doing myself... This band is absolutely crazy in a most certainly positive way. Drawing in with so many details like this insane audible and visual drop at 3:25 - I did not see this coming, it blew me away when I first saw it, and the music takes me to different places to this day. Thank you for touching me in a way that this genre of music, if anything even ever came close to this, never could. You, all of you, are clearly gifted. And many things that I see and hear are things I wish for myself, the skills that you have, on and off stage, the dedication and the attention to detail.. did I mention the skills? These guys are absolute proof that music doesn't require lyrics to be amazing. Don't get me wrong, i like some of the classical music, but they take modern music and classical, throw a couple machines together and create wonderous music

I just love this song. I hadn't seen the video until recently and thought the bike was a nice touch. I commute to work every day via bicycle and whenever this, or any Wintergatan song, happens to play while riding, the ride just becomes wonderful, like I get lost in my own little world. Thanks everyone, so looking forward the the MMX and more beautiful music.

This song always fills me with an emotion I can't quite name. It brings back memories I lost a long time ago, back when I listened to Wintergatan often. Most of my childhood and teenage years are gone, just a blank space where that part of my life should be, but this song gives me the feeling there was a lot of happiness in there somewhere.

I'm back to listen to this song for the 1000-th time. Never gets old.

I had a discussion with a friend not that long about about the fact that I thought it was sad that so few people actually knew about Wintergatan and Detektivbyrån. Now it seems that the marble machine has gone viral and hopefully a lot more people will get to enjoy their music.

I have been subbed to this channel for more than 2 years and of all the songs I have listened, this one seems to tug into the strings of memories and takes me on a nostalgia ride and I do not know how to explain it. This song is just magical.

“Don’t let the Dementor’s bring you down” they sure are trying their darndest to right now... kind of glad I came to this video, definitely something I needed to hear (and don’t you forget it with that big marble machine you’ve been working on either)

What a delightful instrumental palette and such fresh-sounding music from some really fine musicians. Kudos to you all.

Not just weird songs, but unique ones. I have never ever heard anything similar to this. This gave me back memories I thought I was never going to retrieve. This made me actually happy, happier than I have ever been. This is the type of music which fills me with joy, so does any music that is unique, no matter how weird it sounds, something that is unique always sounds great in my ears.

This is the kinda music that has me still with wonder, enraptured, and simultaneously makes me want to just Move, Spin Dance and be immersed.

Feels like I time traveled. Just watched the most recent MMX video 10k marbles dropped. It's amazing to see all the progress you've made with the machine. It would be amazing to see your whole band along side you and the MMX. Your videos are really freaking inspiring. You're not just building this incredible machine, you're building your dreams. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you, but more importantly, I've got to build my own too :D.

It is Wednesday and no new video so I came here since I never watched their very first upload. Wow. The behind the scenes look of the making of this video kind of set the tone and direction from the very start.

I see this band becoming a legend and go down in history. I'll be awaiting for the day when everyone on this Earth is singing your music. All the love from Canada!

No matter how deep in my depression I get, hearing this song lifts my spirits. Absolutely enchanting and wonderful.

I found this GENIUS ARTIST today, and I know that beyond all my better judgement I will be up all night binging video after video. OMG!!!

This cannot get any better. Marble Machine brought me here... Wintergatan is among my top favorites. Along with Steve Wonder and Sparks, Lucio Dalla ... Wintergatan is musical poetry without words. Increadibly beautiful

You know... being really serious here... i have never liked instrumental bands, i have tried to like them but they never caught me because the lyrics were missing in my brain but you guys, you are just awesome. I feel that the melody is the lyric itself and it gives me chills to listen your music and i must say that i freaking like it. So, from Chile in south america i say to you: congratulations guys, you have caught me and i'm looking forward for your work.

Today March 1/16 2022 still listening.

First time seeing a video for this after listening several times on spotify. Never could have imagines these were the instruments you used on the track!

All the times I've watched this video, I thought Martin introduced the band as "Marcus, Evelina, Octavid" and was confused why "Octavid" became "David" in the Victoriateatern credits. I just randomly realized he's actually saying "Marcus, Evelina, och David" - och means and in Swedish. That took me way to long to realize.
