Kyren is a great champion, a man who has worked very hard to achieve his goal to win the world championship, massive respect to him. Well done to Jak for making it such a great final. May both of you carry on with your success and carry on lighting up the snooker world even more.

New Snooker World Champion 2024 Mr Kyren Wilson who was slowly fading away in the last few frames and always hitting hard for no reason of breaking the balls or pockets because of no confidence in pocketing those balls and his far shots was also missing when he played against Mr David Gilbert who they should meet in the finals but the draw made them meet in the Semi-finals. Mr Kyren Wilson had put in so much effort in studying those Snooker pocketing of balls games and with so much of tension and fear he lost in his concentration to be impatience and cool to overcome the odds and confidence of pocketing those balls one at a time to recover is concentration but instead he lost control and starting hitting the balls hard in which he doesn’t understand much of pocket sensitiveness in hitting hard and normal strokes to pocket those balls with ease. He knew that the handball must run accordingly to the clock time and it’s movement of his hand ball and let the handball take effect of the sides once it touches the cushion for his next ball placing and only hard ball hitting was used for almost straight ball placing with sides for his next shot placing and hitting hard was not the solution to solve his placing but using the cushions to let the ball run for his next shot was a better off to do for his next shot. This was why the best and top players are players who follow through with their cue and uses their hand ball to run for their next placing using the cushions for placings to perfect it in their handball control to place the handball for his next shot. I thank you.

I wonder if it's time to consider making the world championship match formats shorter. With the length of the matches the way they are now, the old men literally have no chance unless they blitz the field and even younger players like Jones end up goosed if they have had to come through some tight ones on the way to the final. Higgins especially can never win it again because of this format. It has become more of an endurance test than a snooker test! I'm not saying it should be a super short format or anything.... it still should be the longest format in snooker! I just think that you could change the first 3 rounds to best of 19, the semi-final to best of 25 and the final to best of 35 - this sounds like a more reasonable format to me. Having a semi-final that is best of 33 with a best of 35 final to come less than 24 hours later seems a bit unfair and we have seen it time and time again that players who play in a grueling best of 33 semi-final tend to really struggle to play their best snooker in the World Final (especially the first session) which is surely what you don't want to see! Not taking anything away from Kyren though.... who is a deserved champion and will be a great ambassador for the game!
