    @@toziassmitt if you watch the breaks, you'll see that most were hit well. Yes, there were one or two which were hit poorly, especially the two by Gareth where he scratched into either top pockets. However, only one single ball was missed outside of that. One ball in an entire match and every other rack was either a break and dish or a reverse dish. I don't know why you seem to be very upset by me claiming that that's a fantastic standard. It is, and as I said, it's one of the best ultimate pool matches I've ever seen. I didn't say its was the best. Tim cousinis and mick Hill have nothing to do with this match. Why do all the pros play backspin on break leaving them vulnerable to potting white im not great at pool but it used to always happen to me potting white when playing with backspin so i instead play just a tiny bit above the middle and white rarely goes in

    Gareth said a few years ago on a cue school video 'play the break with stun to leave the cue ball in the middle of the table so you have more options' now almost all players play the break with screw.. i have no idea why

  • @NimPat

    @NimPat

    They don't play with that much screw even though it seems like it - if they did the white would be like a pinball back up the table and back down. It's a smaller ball. Even just playing plain ball and the white comes back towards you.
