He's not responsible for the outcome. The parties are are responsible for the outcome.

in the Aceh case, he plays down his own role (as well as his colleagues') in the appointment of the guerrilla leader to being the new Mayor of Aceh...also, the idea of the bully being won over by a little attention is the whole history of the US involvement in the Middle East for the last 40 years, where tyrants (bullies) were propped up with US help (money/guns). Are we to presume My Ury had nothing to do with this in his 30 year career? Read 'An Economic Hitman' by John Perkins for the truth.

his gestures and strides all carry a smooth, slick, quality. Words that are commonly used to suggest dishonesty or lack of sincerity. The half grimace half smile expression affixed to his face, makes spontaneous facial expressions non-existent. good for masking true emotions or intent, Shoulders hunched forward may also suggest lack of openness or stinginess . Stance with heel down and shoe tips facing upwards, along with other "GQ" types poses reveals attempt at elegance & refinement, but only suggest arrogance or vanity, He would go down like a bomb in any conflict zone or battle front-line

just verbalizing what my senses tell me is all. for example your choice of words, strikes me as being possibly rooted in false sensitivity and artifice. Although this may only APPEAR to be so. So yes looks and impressions can be deceiving or inaccurate. Other times, it can provide insight into personal biases or ulterior motives on the part of the observer/commenter. This can provide inroads to better position oneself (to more effectively press buttons and thus gain the upper hand- the primary preoccupation for those who aspire to control). Hence the logic to initiate a response or reaction by acting in some subtle, but notably off mark manner and then feigning innocence or ignorance about it. Your comment strikes me an elaboration of such an approach actually

remember that guy who could bend spoons with his mind. Wonder if her ever did that trick with forks, or was it only ever with spoons? What about knives I wonder. LOL Ury Geller right? Anyway, this speaker sort of has a similar name doesn't he? And don't internal political or armed conflicts often revolve around which faction gets to hold the spoon, and which faction get to hold the fork?
