Only when the laptop is connected to the server can she access the files on the server that will have a recorded of on which station/laptop accessed which files at what time's etc.

Min needs to leave Hybe and start her own company/label and take the financial risk that comes with doing so. She leaked confidential personal and medical information about other talent and entertainers within Hybe and has lied about having so many original concepts that have been copied by Hybe. Miss Min did not bring New Jeans with her from another label. New Jeans was formed as a collaborative effort by Min and Hybe producers, art directors, artists, makeup artists, stylists, choreographers, marketers, promoters and song writers and a large infusion of Hybe money. To trash Hybe to the public and to New Jeans and their parents, claiming "copying" of her ideas for the benefit of other ideas is absurd. These so called concepts are not original and her making this claim, serves to undermine Hybe's reputation as well as to damage the value of borh Hybe and Ador. Doing so, could be viewed as initiating a plot to drive down the stock price of Ador thereby making it easier for her to buy up to 51% of Ador's shares by leveraging her 18% share holdings. Her "concepts" are based upon American early 1990s/2000s Hip Hop & Pop music and style. She even had a picture of 80s preteen American actress and Calvin Klein jeans ad model, Brook Sheilds, mounted in her office ("Nothing gets between me and my Calvins"). These retro stylesof clothing and musical influences has already been done by other So Korean groups. Of course, young tweens, teens and young adults of today and their parents may not know this if their main focus is on 4th generation KPOP groups. Despite her emotionality and poor, illogical, erratic and self aggrandizing presentation, she shot herself in the foot by presenting text messages, informal redacted written plans to undermine Hybe & Ador, and seem to believe that calling New Jeans her child whose members call her to "offer her emotional support" at night, a good thing. This is inappropriate. Teen girls should not have to do this for an adult business woman. She says Hybe "got alot out of her". I remember all BTS membets, managers, producers, choreographers composers and lyricists, etc., working extremely hard, day and night to get to debut and to get to win top award show honors, year after year. That is what it what it takes to succeed in that industry. Also, Bang PD took on the financial risk to start Big Hit after leaving JYP amicably. The reason for her leaving her prior employer is somwhat mysterious. It would be interesting to hear what her former company would have to say about her under oath in a court of law. Min is not a hero. She allegedly, was two faced, manipulative and untrustworthy while trying to greedily score a quick high stakes win for herself without significant financial investment. If she is so unhappy with working for Hybe, she should have resigned to start her own label. Hybe 100% formed Ador and allowed her to have 18% interest of it, and New Jeans to be paid 2%. Min actually lost support from those who originally sided with her based upon her complaints only. She also failed to convince those who were undecided. Her press conference was hastily scheduled after Hybe filed a police report against her and after her refusing to provide her laptop for 8nternal investigation (other officers and personnel did provide their cell phones and laptops) and after her resistance to Ador being audited prior to the release of NJs' new album. WHAT IS SHE HIDING? WHY IS SHE HIDING IT? From what I saw during the unnecessarily long and her often crying with no tears presentation during the news conference, Hybe did the right thing by seeking legal action. Hybe has contined to promote NJs new single and still has their prior work on it's streaming platform, etc.. Evidently, she has influenced NJs parents to not answer nor return Hybe's phone calls.

She knew setting up her own company was going to cost and she wasn't willing to use her own money/take out person/buisness loans. It would mean a lot of meeting with potential investors, etc She would require staff member's eg salaries of Producer, Song writers, Composers, admin staff, make up artist, equipment etc et. put in code's of conduct for employees, advertising costs to even get the staff member. to pay, building to buy/rent/or hire by the hour. Feed, cloth and house her trainees', promotions costs, she'll require things like insurances, and some sort of transport to get the girls to concerts, pay for the CD's coming of the CD production line someone, and much much more.

But if HYBE USED HER then how is it HYBE doesn’t care about NewJeans? They also GAVE her 18% of Ador as an incentive to work hard and be successful. She reaped in a lot of financial benefits from NJ’s successes so why is that USING HER? She was hired as an employee, she wasn’t a third party consultant. HYBE footed the financial investment to create Ador and NJ and they are a publicly traded company so why would they not care about NJ? self sabotage? 😂 Illit’s music sounds nothing like NJ’s. I like NJ’s music and I don’t like Illit’s so for me, I don’t see plagerism even after watching Illit’s MV.

@@silviabertozzi7996 The only problem i see is that this will negatively affect all the artists that got dragged into this mess. knetz or the Korean gp often don't change their stance on something once they've made up their mind on a huge issue like this even if later on more details come out suggesting that they were wrong to make that judgement. Whether that be because they stopped being updated on the issue or stubbornness. For instance, with the garam situation knets and the gp still to this day think she was a bully even though that opinion turned around internationally when more details came out. So even if mhj is proven guilty of the initial allegations against her, people would still blame hybe and the support or public opinion on their artists that got dragged into this will still likely be negative (especially with all the cult allegations now). Unfortunately the damage is done now to the artists so regardless of what happens to mhj, there's little hope that the damage can entirely be reversed.

who are the "legal experts" that you quote? it looks like you're simply retelling what min heejin's lawyers have said in the press conference. but that's a question of law best settled in court, and not through press conferences. min heejin's desparate actions are very telling. she should just take responsibility for her actions, and leave ador. she can't keep on clinging to her position as CEO, and refuse to leave for long, and no amount of PR spin through sympathetic media outlets will help her. she's only a minority shareholder, and the law is on hybe's side. hybe as the supermajority shareholder is doing the right thing to protect its investments and interests in ador. they would be stupid businessmen if they don't do so. the more min heejin hangs on to her position, throwing more obstructions to delay the resolution of the problem, the more painful it will be for her, as there will be even more lawsuits filed against her.

The board of directors of Ador will meet tomorrow to decide on his dismissal. Unfortunately Bang PD personally, even with BTS's votes, will have only 30% of the votes at his disposal. It's all up to the remaining 50% to decide what they will decide, and probably each of them will decide based on what secrets MHJ has about them.

I wouldn't be suprised if HYBE own the Name New Jeans so they'd have to make an offer to buy their name to HYBE if that's the case. The music will belong to HYBE that's for sure as the girls didn't write, produce of compose any of it neither did Miss Min she was simply the Creative Director and CEO on a salary so whatever she created doesn't belong to her but belongs to the company. If the girls leave they might even have to buy out their contract and end up with nothing. If they continue under HYBE they'll have to have new team around them as I wouldn't be surpised if her whole team doesn't get removed either/shown the door.If they all took part in Miss Min schemes.

How was she used by Hybe ? They hired her to do a job for which she agreed to the compensation Hybe offered. She’s just gotten greedy. She should quit Hybe and set up her own agency, using her own money. Will she be able to accomplish what she accomplished at Ador if she has to start from zero ? I doubt that she will be able to convince other investors to bank roll her after what she’s just pulled on Hybe. Or other investors will have an airtight contract so she can’t pull the same stunt. This is really more damaging to her reputation than it is to Hybe’s.

I'm appalled. As an attorney, I'd have obtained an injunction against her from speaking about the issues, removing her from authority, etc. But I'm concerned that South Korea doesn't have the panoply of protections available in US & other countries. She just seems to me to be crazed. How can such a weird person have such authority? I'm also so angered because of what BTS had to endure at the beginning and what HYBE now provides. I hope that Hybe is able to kick her out asap. Plus be much more careful in the future.

Min Heejin is behaving like a psychotic manipulator. She has harmed the company. The attacks she said would happen are proceeding. This was an internal but she was unreasonable from the start. Everything was given to her demands paying her more than senior CEOs above her. She did not own or found the company. HYBE created it and allowed her to name it. If anything, and she wants to take her name with her, HYBE can easily move New Jeans back under Source Music or rename ADOR and kick Min Heejin out. But she is also a thief. HYBE said they have evidence of that and I will believe them over her any day.

I am not sure. As long as an employer didn't illegally abuse their employees, I am not sure what the employees can do other than leave the company. HYBE may not be morally clean, but I don't think what MHJ is doing is the right course of action.

Many members of ARMY are older mature people in fact that's one of our special facts we are predominately an 'older/mature' fan base. We also have a large male population of ARMY as well. We are the most diverse Fandom in Kpop that's due to the diverse music of BTS.

All corporations are by default greedy lmao. It's a business. It's the entire point to maximise revenue. Hybe being a corporation has nothing to do with the issue at hand. Anyone who has seen claims from both sides and thought logically without pre conceived notions of "greedy corporation" or "poor employee" should be able to tell who is likely telling the truth because one side have nothing to gain from lying and the other is deflecting and distracting from the main issue at hand by dragging everyone else into it.
