yeah, exactly my thoughts. If court listens to her appeal and blocks 80% of shareholders, then kiss goodbye whole Korean judicial system because it became worse than North Korean. This woman is rotten I'm telling you. Her strategy is probably to be so loud and take on as many legal obstructions as she can so that 80% would give up and give her Ador just to get rid of her and of whole situation. Most IT forensics can recover information from laptops hard drives, in addition most programs now store/back-up information on icloud, and that can certainly be recovered.

So how I understand it is that hybe as a shareholder in ador requested a special shareholder meeting, however the board of directors refused (and understandably so because mhj and the vice president are the accused).That is why Hybe had to get permission from the judge to bypass the board of directors and have the extraordinary meeting. If hybe is doing something that infact is against their contract then naturally the legal systems will have to decide.

Fire her. Yes, she is talented. Yes, she is a visionary. But at the end of the day, she is a MINORITY share owner (19%) employee of Ador and Hybe owns 80%. It is a travesty that courts have to be involved in a simple employment dispute and courts should not be involved. But if they decide to get involved and end up ruling against Hybe, I can guarantee you that investment in Korea will dwindle, existing minority owner/employees will divest and conglomorates who are in bed with the governement will grow larger and ever more powerful.

As a solution, how about HYBE propose a place to review the entire contract so that New Jean remains with ADOR and Min Hee Jin resigns as CEO and concentrates on producing? For example, discuss and negotiate the following terms and conditions: ・New Jeans contract period and salary and incentive rules ・Min Hee Jin's roll and contract period and Salary and incentive rules ・Conditions for purchase of shares held by Min Hee Jin by HYBE ・HYBE's Neajeans support system (including staff and funds)

@@serendipity3484 It is not so. Artists sign contracts with labels, not Hybe. Hybe owns NJ because they own Ador, but the two parties to the contract are the artist and the label. I don't know if approval of Hybe is required for the termination of the contracts, but I believe that the approval of the board of directors, which is made up of MHJ + the deputy CEO + the general manager, is sufficient. So it is feasible for the board of directors on May 10 to terminate the contracts with the girls. She probably told the girls that this way they will be free without having to pay the penalty.
