Update: crossplay will be coming out June 20th 2023

I dont own the game because i read there were so many network issues. I am not going to invest my time in KOF 15 just like I didnt do so for KOF 14 if the network online is terrible. It should be MANDATORY to have flawless connectivity with fighting games. We are not local as much as we used to be. Its the digital age. It's just THAT simple.

You hit the nail on the head everything you said 100% the kicker is the online for kof15. It’s actually really good it’s the matchmaking that’s not good and that seems to be a problem with a lot of games now from guilty gear to even street fighter six. It seems that while Japanese devs have learned how to implement rollback net code but they can’t implement functioning matchmaking? I honestly think it’s a skill issue because Mortal Kombat and other western games don’t have these issues. It’s very frustrating when your favorite game is unplayable because you can’t find people even though there are like 300 people playing. That’s ridiculous. Like you said, it’s the digital age not that many people have or even go to locals anymore. People just want to enjoy the game in their homes. they’ll realize eventually, but maybe it’ll be too late for some.

I think SF6 will get a lot of new players because of the new Modern controls option and that one million dollar grand prize for their next Capcom Cup tournament. It will be interesting to see if someone wins it with the Modern Controls option. Will that means the end of classic controls for the future of street fighter? 😆 As for KOF, the crossplay will definitely help, but it’s long overdue. When this season is finished, I do hope we get some gameplay previews of the next Fatal Fury Garou game from SNK🤞🏻 Congrats for reached past 500+ subs 👍🏻

I’d be shocked if we didn’t see the new fatal fury at evo I feel like it’s a lot closer than we expect. As for street fighter if modern controls have a competitive advantage they’ll get used over classic and vice versa. If they’re both balanced it will be player preference, although I don’t think classic controls will ever go away in street fighter they are simply too iconic. Oh and thank you for the congrats bless up 👍

Any info on when this crossplay update will release?

Unfortunately we don’t have an exact date but if I were to guess it would be after evo maybe with the release of Goenitz.

Save KOF XV!

Krossplay will not save this game because Xbox users cant even play the game period. If anything it gave A WHOLE LOTTA people a reason to uninstall and download Street Fighter 6

@kzakulenga5138 that’s a shame because it’s a lot easier to get matches now and the most recent balance patch has the meta in a good spot. But I can understand wanting to play newer things
