How do you even get 16 warrants??? Also, how do you not know the difference between being part of the prosecution and defense!!?! I can imagine the “company” this guy owns. He has a single $20 pressure washer he bought from a Pawn Shop and his “company car” is a 1992 Honda Accord with a plethora of various colored, non-matching body panels.

Probably because they’re all petty. (IDK what they are, but that would be my guess.) Judges don’t want to hold nonviolent offenders if they don’t have to, especially during COVID.

"warrant" just means that the court wants to talk to you and is officially telling you that, it doesn't matter how sever the issue is they want to talk to you, its still a warrant. Could be a stack of unpaid parking tickets.

All he is asking for is to be allowed to drive for his work, as Screamy-Judge concidered herself that her prohibiting him from driving is basicly killing his business. Would have been easy to address that with a reasonable restriction, but "interruption" is narcisists weakest detonation trigger, and after that once was active, he was lucky that her struggling personality didnt bring him to jail without him even knowing whats happening ...

Some people, for different reasons, mostly drugs, just aren't able to stay on the straight and narrow. Sadly, he probably didn't get the drug screen done because he knew he would fail. Drugs, the major reason why people are in front of judges.

My mom and step dad kicked me out the house at 16. It was 1999 my crime...taking quarters from the change jar. Given I was on free meals all thru school. I just didn't eat lunch from 7th on. When you are young trying to fit in trying not to be the poor kid anymore then getting free lunches (back then you get in line and at the end say free) it's embarrassing. I worked since I was 12. All summer mowing yards to buy school clothes because my mom got us 20 dollar Payless shoes and one pair of wrangler jeans and a shirt. That's it. We wasn't poor at that point they just didn't want to. My mom didn't make much but my step-dad did. Anyway I moved in with my best friend. I earned my keep by housework, helping on projects on the farm. I also worked fast food during the school year and a work program in the summer. My grades did suck but my mom never cared. My best friends mom absolutely cared. So my sr year I was 7.5 credits shy to graduate. My guidance counselor My own teachers Told me I wasn't going to pass. But my best friend's mom was not accepting that. So we found A way I had to Buy these books 57 dollars each. Do all the work on my own filling the books out. 2 books equaled .5 credits after I took a test after every 2 books on Saturdays. For a 17 year old that was alot of money But I worked and bought them. And made up every single credit. Graduation came and EVERYONE was shocked I was there walking with all my class mates. If not for my buddy's mom I would be a worthless loser out at the bars living a crappy life. She pushed me she got mad at me and yelled at me when it was nessasary. Now I am a successful man with 2 kids living a very good life. With the knowledge of how to affect my kids lives and maybe one day I can help change some other young persons life.

The whole point of probation is to allow you to maintain your freedom in lieu of actual jail time. It’s meant to inconvenience you. It’s PUNISHMENT in place of incarceration. He should be in his knees thanking the system that he’s only getting probation and fines. He’s lucky that probation was offered considering his extensive record of traffic violations and failure to make good on fines. No question he’ll continue to drive without a valid license.

All sovereign citizens should be directed to her court for a "speedy hearing". Love the way she say's & enforces "I'm not here to explain the law" & "courtroom etiquette" . So many judges let it get out of hand & play into the hands of sovereigns. Stay safe & keep on smiling 👍🏼🦘

I could watch this amazing judge all day every day. I bet people who go before her take extra care not to break any more laws lol she’s tough but she rules her courtroom and don’t let anyone run over her. I believe she’s tough to get a point across and I believe that’s what most criminals need. They need structure and rules. Not a Pat on the back and handshake. I love her

Gotta be kidding me. The judge was strict, but damn she was incredibly kind in regard to his probation conditions. 24:45 That "I'm not going to speak until your done" Lamont...that wasn't REALLY an invitation to speak. That was an opportunity for you to say, "No Your Honor, I apologize for losing my bearing. I beg for the mercy of the court and will fulfill all of my probation obligations." This judge is fantastic. The entire country needs more of her.

Maybe less frustrating than the alternative. A friend of mine once worked for a defense attorney who described criminal defense as divided between Stupid Crime and Evil Crime. I figure defending the dumbasses is annoying, but less soul destroying than defending the monsters.

They think they have some sort of intelligence that supersedes the people who do this on an everyday basis with no other legal abilities or knowledge besides committing and being convicted of crimes!
