If the father had gone out of state with a child and refused to give the child back, he would have had a warrant issued for his. And he would not be getting any kind of parenting time with his child. Time to start holding these contemptuous mothers to the same standards and laws.

Absolutely. It took me a year of court battles and $18k to get full custody of my two kids. The mother had an addiction no one knew about got arrested WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR for controlled substance and then I finally got full custody. We haven’t heard from her in three years. Fathers are always thought as second class parents meanwhile pos mothers get every benefit of the doubt. It’s bullshit.

In the end it’s the child that suffers And the father I’m sure the mother attempts to turn her kid against the father by bad mouthing him as much as possible And I don’t get why ppl feel the need to post stuff like this on social media First of all the fact that she thinks anyone cares enough to want to know about it speaks volumes to how self centered this lady is Secondly some things should remain private All of this comes back on the child at some point Classmates can see this and make fun of the kid for it And for what? Cuz the mom is immature and thinks she is special and thinks ppl care about her nonsense Grow up lady and be a mother to your child Once u bring a child into the world your priorities need to change And your child’s needs come before yours Sad all around

@@Zaners82123 biggest mistake and only true regret I have is that I honestly thought my narcissistic ex would love our child more than he hated me. I was wrong. I let my daughter live with him because I would never keep my kids from their Dad. She is now an adult and we have a very difficult, on again off again relationship. Even though she's very much an adult, if he finds out she speaks to me or her other siblings, he ices her out. She's not allowed at his house, won't speak to her, won't text her. She's one of those people that have to learn the hard way. I feel so bad for that poor child, having a vindictive mother like her. I have some advice for any separated parents based on my own experience. A child sees themselves as being a part of each parent. If parent A says parent B is awful in some way the child can believe things like I have eyes like parent A but I get my awful trait from Parent B. It hurts the child on an emotional level. Trust me if Parent B is awful in some way the child given time will figure it out. My Mom never degraded my Bio dad to me but as I matured I figured it out. I respect her so much because she could have said some pretty nasty stuff about her ex but instead when I asked why they were divorced she said "We both were pretty young when we got married and just weren't mature enough to make things work." Some stuff she could have said but she didn't, things like DV, infidelity and after never paying child support she didn't mention. As a child I didn't realize that the behind door "arguments" aka fights were DV even though I heard it. The other stuff I learned later from others. When I was grown and wanted to talk about it she did and I wish I could be even half the mother she was.

She failed to comply with custody, she says she is being stalked when she is actually getting evicted, she compared her supposed stalker to her ex on social media. She is the problem. So glad Judge Simpson sees it that way. She is digging her own ditch at this point. If she doesn't wise up she will lose equal custody next.

I have two adult sons with ex wife #1. She succeeded in alienating me from them as kids after our divorce and put me through hell. My sons don't care to know me now because I wasn't there for them more than half their childhood. She very cleverly denied me my parenting time, phone access, kept the money I sent them in birthday cards and never gave them the card either. She replaced me with the man I caught her cheating with and didn't want an ex interfering with her fantasy of a certain kind of family, I was unnecessary. That said, I don't regret breeding with her one bit. For almost 8 years, I was very happy with her. We had amazing sex almost every day, usually more than once. Possibly the best sex I've ever had and the most happy I ever was in a relationship. I just didn't want any more children and she did so she deviously plotted my removal and replacement behind my back. Came as a complete surprise, never saw it coming. I hate her more today than ever and wish the worst for her. Every bad thing. I regret marrying her. But I don't regret breeding with her. Despite not being in my life or me in theirs, my sons are outstanding human beings, smart, one is extremely successful and wealthy due to his intelligence and hard work. I couldn't be more proud of them. The world is a better place because they exist. They exist because of me.

This is ridiculous this mom should have been thrown into jail and her parental rights (as of today) stripped immediately. She kidnapped the child and crossed state lines. News flash if a father or stranger did this they wouldn’t see the light of day for years. This women also lied resulting in CPS case. Full custody needs to be moved to the dad and the mother allowed supervised visits until she proves to be an adult.

I hate mothers who think that they "own" the child and decide whether the father can see their child or not. Too many do this. A child has two parents. Also hate when they bad mouth the father, usually because they are full of hate and spite. Different if the father is abusive to the child, of course. She should be thankful that her ex wants to to share custody, many walk away because they cant be bothered.

OMG!! I remember this lady and her case with the alleged "stalker"!! The judge found that she was not being stalked. She was exaggerating what the landlord was doing when it came to trying to get her to pay back rent and on top of that SHE had complained to the landlord about things in the apartment not working and needing things fixed and she was saying that them coming into her home to fix what she had asked to be fixed was the person breaking into her house to stalk her further. It was absolutely ridiculous. She said the same thing at that hearing when the judge asked her about the social media posts. Not only had she posted the one that she claims had to do with her having a stalker but, they found then that she still had other posts up that she was supposed to have taken down. If I remember correctly, they said that the posts had been taken down at one point but seem to have been put back up. Her social media posts were only mentioned by the judge then because they knew of the fact that she was not supposed to be posting on social media due to this case and just questioned her about it and then implored her to remove it before the judges court clerk had to report it to the judge in her custody case. I thought this crazy lady looked really familiar! As soon as they stated the case about her landlord stalker, I knew it was the woman. She seems to be a habitual liar who will give any excuses that she thinks will get her out of the woods. Just like with her landlord dispute case. Hopefully the dad starts having an easier time eith her and this case and is able to get the child away from her or at least give her supervised visitation because something is just not right with rhis woman completely.

That was nearly 30 years ago and the effects still sting after the heartburn of flying to depositions, visiting my kids, meetings with my lawyer, etc. Got into the thousands of dollars excluding attorney fees. One of the concessions for the original principles of our founding.

I love that the lawyer’s whole argument was around the validity of the court documents, and refused to acknowledge that his client was still directly disobeying a custody order and refusing to handover her child to the father on the schedule days, just going to completely ignore the fact that she was violating the original order. Too many mothers get away with this bullshit, but if the roles were reversed, they would’ve hunted that man down like a wild animal. My ex-wife kidnapped my children and fled to another state and hid for six months, I’m a resident of Michigan currently, I was told I was doomed, and that it was unlikely that I would ever see my children again, my ex-wife did a lot more than just kidnap our children. She did many many other things during the six months. On the bright side, I managed to come out on top and by some miracle I got granted an ex parte order only to find out the state she was in refused to cooperate, which again roles reversed. They would’ve hunted me down like an animal. In the end, I did get my children back. She was exposed for child Abuse, child neglect. Parental kidnapping and that’s excluding all of the false criminal charges she tried to put against me to get away with what she did. I got sole, physical and legal custody of all of our children, they are safe and happy, she didn’t get an ounce of trouble and I’m still dealing with the consequences of her actions. All that matters is that I got my children and she won’t ever see them again, if I can help it, because my children are terrified of her and everything she did to them during those six months. But these courts need to stop catering to mothers, and my experience as a first responder, who deals with this on a daily basis, it’s almost always the mothers that turn out to be terrible I had to type all this out on speech to text so sorry if this is butchered lol

When the father came up on the stand because you couldn't hear him open on? For most times I'm still going to go through this. Because I'm just happy to see this. It seems like a great case. I just wish the volume was different.

🤯🤯🤯🤯WOW! Honorable Judge Simpson!!! That is amazing! I would love to know how the case turned out on the 16th but also if these judges are actually enforcing laws and court orders like regularly …. How does it affect their case load? I BET there are SO much less contempts and nonsense Every court should care that much about enforcing their orders and the law!! 🎉

When you hate your ex more than you love your child! What a vile woman! She deserves jail time!!

One of my niece's who had primary custody of her two kids decided she was going to move to Chicago from Kansas without informing her ex husband. He found out, moved to Kansas from Texas, contacted the judge & she was ordered to bring the kids back to Kansas. She was ordered to drive the kids back to Kansas the next day. She did. Then they went before the judge & she lost primary custody. The kids are now 19 & 16 & live with their father. She had withheld the kids from seeing her family. They are now fully enveloped in our family & they & we all love them to pieces. We spend a lot of time together & it is wonderful!!!

Watching these court videos, coupled with my own forays in the divorce/ family courts, makes me feel relaxed and content in my home filled with my stuff. The kids are grown and have apologized to me for their actions due to their mother's manipulations. Life is good. 😊 l wish this hell on no man.

This video is the MOST I've ever seen Judge Simpson interact pleasantly with the participants. He's a good judge but generally very stern. Not a bad thing. He's got a pretty even keeled temperment. Kudos to Judge Simpson!!!

My husband continued to break custody orders and ended up fleeing with my children. They were missing for over 6 months as he travelled around the country living in the car with minimal $ living on welfare fortnight to fortnight. When he ran out of money they would be stuck on the side of the road with no petrol, food and water for days . This was done to punish me for leaving his abusive ass because he thought he owned me and the children

His attorney is so annoying with all his “um’s” makes him sound unprepared and confused.

This is the standard of Justice that needs to be set in family court proceeding. Treach the father and mother equally. Jail should be issued to mothers that violate orders. Period!

What about the fact that she kept the child out of school so that the father could not pick him up?
