UPDATE!!!: The judge overseeing the child custody hearing ends up terminating mom’s parental rights. Dad has sole legal custody, and mom is to have no contact with the child at all.😂 The judgement was issued March 1, 2023.

I disagree with both. In this case it's likely true that it was fabricated, but in many its just not provable by the court because it's a child's word against an adult in a one-on- one setting. Barring the other parent would leave those kids extremely vulnerable. Again, in this case, I truly think she believes the things she is saying due to her own mental health issues and does need to get treatment before setting the child again. If she didn't believe it, she wouldn't repeatedly show a video, insisting that you can hear something that is clearly not there.

It should also be a heavy criminal charge and considered child abvse on many levels. Watching this is comical simply because we don’t know her or have to deal with her, but this poor child and this father are forced to deal with her every day of their life. This father seems to have been very patient and compassionate with her having mental health issues but this behavior is so damaging to an adult nevermind a developing young child. It is heartbreaking these types of parents are allowed access to children, theirs or others.

She is WAY better than Judge Judy and all the other Tv judges, but unfortunately many people don’t realize all those are skits for entertainment and not real. Now that we can have Zoom court cases available to the public for transparency, she should get this type of show- of real cases. I’d definitely routinely watch. Frankly we all need education on how the court works and especially with all the divorces and custody cases, specifically how custody cases work and a reflection of how one or both parents behave like total buffoons that seriously F their child’s mind and life up badly.

I heard the broader version: "Never get in somebody's way when they're doing what you want them to do." That said, I think Judge Manning made a mistake that was the reverse of this. She kept, over and over, telling her, "Please ask your next question," but Ms. Porter doesn't seem to know what she wants to ask -- she's casting around in different directions. It took Judge Manning *far* too long before she finally said, "Stop asking questions and tell me your side of the story." She should have said much earlier, "You don't seem to have any relevant questions to ask. If you don't need the witness anymore, you can just stop the questions and tell me your side of the story directly," long before she had a chance to be driven into apoplexy. Because this was someone who *wasn't* doing what she wanted, and she really needed to get into the way before Ms. Porter went around and around in circles.

@@kyliemarie6386 Yeah, I think you're right. But I also think that purpose could have just as easily been served by saying, "Do you have any other questions? If you do, go ahead and ask them. If you're finished questioning this witness, let me know and we'll move on to your testimony." The problem wasn't that the judge keeps being extra gentle on her; it's that the *way* she's being gentle on her seems to send the message, "You have to come up with yet another question, whether or not you want to." That doesn't do either the court or the defendant any good.

Mom's behavior in court is prove enough for me to want to protect the child from mom's inappropriate behavior and false allegations against the child's father and gf so i would order supervised visits for mom with the child at mom's expense but i wouldn't terminate mom's parental rights as the child misses his mom when he doesn't have contact with her.

People like this ONLY get away with this kind of nonsense because countries like the United States have all sorts of constitutional protections that allow them to get away with a lot of things that countries without an advanced judicial system wouldn't. In Russia, if she tried pulling these sort of antics, they'd probably just toss her in a "work camp" (aka modern gulag) indefinitely, without so much as an actual court hearing.

@@elizabethspoon2606Here's how I see it and trust me I know I have tonnns of experience with these kinds of things. So we have an ugly Indian who can't get any girls at all ever. Then one day by some miracle he somehow gets the woman in the video to say yes to his desperate attempt to ask her out and say yes so he can have someone to use for sex every night. She's not that attractive but still could get better guys than him but chose him, probably thinking he'd appreciate a "white girl" like her because he's a 2/10 Indian, and treat her better than other much better looking guys. Once he got her. He probably just saw her as sex object and used her for sex, didn't treat her or see her equally. She probably would argue with him because she felt like she was being used but couldn't necessarily say it so blatantly. He didn't care. He continued only using her for sex, and his stupid little ego and confidence blew up making him think if he by some miracle got her, then it means ALLL thr woman are crazy for him and would all happily bend over for him (which isn't true in the slightest). So the wife kept trying more and more to be truly loved and respected but the Indian cared less and less, as if he had completely used her up for sex and no longer is interested in her because she's "not good enough for him anymore" (his ego shot through the roof due to getting lucky that 1 girl moved in with him to give him sex). Eventually the woman realized she was used and played by this ugly Indian who only wanted to fk her, got angry, and tried to plot revenge. Unfortunately in her haste to fk him over and give him what he deserves, she neglected to take his ability to cover his selfish as5 seriously, and underestimated him, and also, she couldn't contain her anger at him in the zoom meeting. All this backfired on her even more. This is simply a woman who feels like she made a horrible mistake giving access to her body to a dude who no other semi "attractive" woman would give themselves up to,much less ever show him their naked bodies, inadvertently also boosting the ego of an ugly awkward man and making him overconfident. The Indian is still overconfident now, but in a few months and then years when he realizes he can't get any other girl unless she's hideously fat or uglee, only THEN will he understand he ain't chit, he ain't a stud or fk boy or wanted by all the women, then he's going to be wishing he had his ex back possibly calling her and stalking her. Just watch. If you're a woman reading this, if you think I'm truly wrong, tell me. I only watched like 5 minutes of this video skipping large chunks but I'm 100% certain I got it right. If I'm wrong women, tell me, but deep down you know I nailed it.

I wasn't calling her a bad judge or anything or don't like her because of her looks or if she is a feminist lol I just noticed that and thought of why and was just too quick to answer, It felt right at the moment though! 😅 I bet I'm not wrong for calling her a feminist though 🤣

My aunt is schizophrenic. Before she was diagnosed and medicated, this is very much what she was like… People were conspiring against her and stalking her. She knew them by name. She would go to the cops about it. People were leaving her notes and paperwork at her home. She remembered things that never happened… none of it was real… She had been a school teacher. Was a mother and a wife. It was a very sad thing. 20 years later she’s still alive but heavily medicated. In and out of psych wards. It’s never been the same. Mental health is a helluva thing

Thanks for sharing. Outside of Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia seems like the scariest thing that could happen to someone’s mental/neurological health. When you realize how easy it is for schizophrenics go homeless - and how easy it is for homeless schizophrenics to do criminal acts - it gives me fear, compassion, and humility. What a terrible disorder to befall someone, and what a gift to have access to resources - including an emotionally/socially/financially fit family - to get help. Grace and prayers to all.
